Quinn's first wand was broken by her hands in grief of the loss of her grandmother. With Elle's death, there was a spare wan in the home. It went to Quinn. It was a perfect match, as if like it was made directly for Quinn to use.

Thunderbird tail feather wands bond with brave, and persistent. Someone that dose not give up easily. Those who have them tend to be completive.
Sycamore Wood
Was almost made for Quinn, It looks for someone who is adventurous and curious. There is not a better match for wood.

The length of Quinn's wand shows how she is a quite outgoing individual. With the flexibility reflecting how she is open to new ideas, but still is firm with her own.

Through the years

Quinn was born to Sara and Thomas Root, Her father Thomas is a healer at St. Mungos. Quinn's mom Sara is unemployed, Sara dose not care tho because it lets her stay home with quinn. Her parents did meat at Hogwarts. They where in the same year but did not fully meat until their fourth year. Her dad was a hufflepuff and her mom was a gryffindor. They met in a corridor on the third floor, They stared talking and started dating in their fifth year. Once they graduated Hogwarts they gave birth to Quinn. Too years later they got married, With Quinn as their flower girl. Sara and Thomas moved into muggle country. Where she met her best friend and neighbor Raven, Raven was a muggle, so Quinn could not be her full self around Raven. She was Quinn's best friend from the time her family moved into the house, Up until Raven moved the year before Quinn started hogwarts. When Quinn was three her family got a house elf, Calvin. Calvin was a good house elf. Her family paid him, like the law says. Now at age five Quinn showed her first instinct of magic. She was eating diner, She had some tuna on her plate. She did not touch the tuna, So her mom tried to feed it to her. She hates tuna. When her mom was trying to feed her it, The tuna disappeared form her plate. Her parents did not try to feed her any more tuna. They where very happy that Quinn showed her magic. When Quinn was seven she accidentally freed Calvin the family house elf. Her mom now has to pay him to work, Quinn freed him 'because a washcloth was not a good shirt!'. Nothing major happened from ages eight to nine. When she was ten her friend Raven moved, She was devastated. She did get happier but the sadness is still there. A year later she got her letter to hogwarts. Her parents where thrilled, They knew it was coming but where still happy. Quinn is now attending Hogwarts as a slytherin.

Family history

Starting off when Quinn's grandmother (Elle) meet a pure blood man, by the name of Victor Williams. Most would say it was love at first site. When they met in Hogwarts. Third year for Elle, and fourth for Victor. Nothing could go wrong for the two. Every one was happy. After Hogwarts they got married and had two children. Sara and Olive Williams. Only Olive wasn't like Victor or her sister. She was a Metamorphmagus. As well as Elle, how come Victor didn't know? The love of his life was.. She was.. Well abnormal!?!

The thing about Victor is that he hated the idea of abnormal people. He hated half bloods, and those who ancestry had anything more the human in it. He believed that werewolfs were monsters that need to be in Azkaban.

They only reason he didn't know Elle was one was because she was skilled at keeping her ability at bay. It only came out when she chose so. Or when extreme emotions happened. Which was rare. When he found out the truth he up and left Elle and there children. Elle never spoke of Victor, Olive and Sara never asked. She provided them the best she could with her money, and they were very happy.

The Roots
Thomas Root. A well know man from a long line of pure bloods. That's what people think. His 'dad' Alexander Root is not his dad, while his mother (Rose smith) and his dad we're engaged, she had an affair with Charles Miller, but played it off as Alexander's child. This kid would end up being Thomas root.

Alexander wanted to get married right away, as soon as possible. He had always wanted a kid. The only person who knew the truth about who Thomas's father was Rose. To this day she is also the only one who knows.

Because of this Thomas and Alfred are half brothers, though they don't know. Making there children (Quinn Root and, Regina Miller) half cusions.
