If he likes you he will look at you, and just walk over to you. also asking for pets.
If he tolerates you he will just sorta ignore you.
Now if he's unsure about you he's probably going to sniff you.
Dislikes you he will run away form you back to Quinn.

Another pet meeting
When Rita returned to her dorm after finishing a day`s classes, she saw a snow owl waiting for her at the window, carrying an envelope. She took the envelope from the owl, opened it, and read the letter carefully. To Rita`s delight, it was a massage from Quinn, the founder of the Pet Society, inviting her and other club members for another meeting at the great lake. "Alright, finally it is time for me to take Peanut out to meet other pets and pet owners." As she was thinking delightfully about the meeting, Rita carried her lovely cat Peanut to dress him up and do some cleaning for him, "Are you excited, Peanut? I am taking you to have fun with other pets at the great lake! It is going to be really, really fun!"
Rita picked up some cat food and some toys for Peanut and other pets to play with, such as Ball of Yarn, into her bag, picked up Peanut, and headed to the Great Lake to meet with Quinn and other pet owners, as well as their pets. When Rita arrived at the Great Lake carrying Peanut, Quinn was already there waiting for other club members to join her for the meeting. Rita came over to Quinn, put Peanut on the floor, and greeted to them, "Hello, Quinn! Hi, little Bear! I am Rita, a second-year Hufflepuff, and this is my lovely cat Peanut! I can`t wait to meet up with other pets and pet owners!" Peanut also seemed excited about the meeting as he swung his tail happily. Rita bent her knees and said to Peanut, "I told you that this meeting is going to be fun!"

ㅤ──────────────────────| ── | The white haired boy arrived at the location. This would be the second meeting held for the Pet Society Club, run by Quinn Root. The club that had a lot of cats. Well, this time he was prepared and had downed an allergy potion beforehand. So now he wouldn't end up having an allergic reaction, pass out and cause a scene. But that didn't stop the trauma from making its appearance. Kim would still try to avoid the felines, although now it was just a mental issue and not both a mental and health issue, which was worse. He'd told Quinn earlier that he was allergic to cats and preferred never to be around them at all costs. That was why she didn't send Bear to give him the notices as to when and where the meetings would be held. This time she'd sent all of them owls though, which was better for him. Or maybe she'd only sent an owl to him? Kim wasn't sure but it didn't matter. All that mattered was he'd gotten the notice. As soon as he reached the area, with Puffie on his shoulder as usual, Bear immediately locked eyes with him and came over to look up at him expectantly waiting for pets. Kim froze and Puffie looked down at the cat. A normal squeak emerged from the pink puffball. The white haired boy had his regular satchel with him this time, as he didn't want to let it go to waste back at his dorm. It had been through a lot with him. Just because he had an enchanted one didn't mean the old satchel was no longer useful! Within the satchel, there was parchment paper, his sketchbook, an inkwell and two quills, a bunch of chocolate frog boxes and a container filled with bite sized cheese balls. This time he'd made some delicious snack-sized cheese balls that were freshly fried and would give a lovely crisp as soon as someone bit into one. Bailey would probably bring something sweet, which would go really well with his savory fried cheese balls. And Quinn would probably have an array of snacks this time too. Kim tried to avoid Bear and quickly headed to where the refreshment table was placed. Well, really it was a makeshift table since they were outside and near the Great Lake. He set the fried cheese balls in their container onto the table, and then settled himself down onto the blanket on the grass. Kim was situated where he wasn't sitting next to anyone that had a cat with them. To make sure he was as far away from cats as possible. Puffie hopped off his shoulder and rolled around, wanting to see what was going on everywhere. The puff recognize Lily from the other pet club and gave a high squeak, which meant he was happy about something or someone now. Kim inclined his head towards Lily but didn't say much. Only his normal trademark greeting he gave to everyone was heard. "Yo." But it wasn't like he had much to say. ────────────────────── ㅤ ㅤ──────────────────────

Kayla had gotten to the club rather early. She had taken Squeaky in her sleepy state.
"Come on Squeaky, you were awake just a minute ago," Kayla groaned, poking Squeaky on the stomach. Squeaky opened one eye, stuck her tongue out, and went back to sleep.
"You are so lazy," Kayla said, scooping her ferret up. Squeaky cooed, clearly unhappy to be disturbed from her sleep.
"You can sleep in the bag, come on, Sleepyhead." Kayla put Squeaky in her yellow and purple bag, where she fit in easily, drooping her head out of the bag, going back to sleep. Kayla slung the bag over her shoulder, leaving it open.
She got to the location Quinn had instructed, she had stopped and turned back to bring something, now safely tucked in her bag. Pet snacks and also some Bar Ones for everyone else.
She got to the place- it wasn't much but it was nice. Quinn had layed a blanket with a basket, which she assumed had snacks inside.
"Hi, Quinn!" Kayla said cheerfully to Quinn. She looked at the people there- she recognised the majority of them, expect a girl with black hair, though she had seen the girl in her common room a few times."Hi, Kim! Hey, Lily! This is Squeaky." Kayla gestured at her bag, where the sleeping ferret lay. Kayla was about to let squeaky out, but she eyed Quinn's cat wearily. She wasn't sure if Squeaky would be okay with sosme cats around, Squeaky was a curious girl, though. So Kayla didnt really know whether to be worried or not, but she sat down, nevertheless.
"I brought Bar Ones," Kayla said, setting her bag down. "They're kind of muggle chocolates. With caramel," she added, in case anybody didn't like caramel.

Another pet meeting
Waking up, Bailey got dressed and got her bag ready. She packed in some caramel treats she had whipped up the night before, along with a notebook, some muggle pens, some parchment and a quill pen, ink, and some cat treats for Twinkle.
After running down to breakfast and after having a quick bite to eat, Bailey wrapped three chocolate raisin biscuits in a napkin and slipped it into her bag. These were for her, Quinn the head of the club and Kim, who dislikes early mornings. Bailey always brought him something, and it was just a habit now.
After picking Twinkle up from her dorm, Bailey walked to the meeting.
Entering the room, Bailey waived to Kim, and looked at Quinn, saying “I brought some Carmel treats, like a homemade version of the muggle snack for everyone. Not too much, just something. I hope you don’t mind. Aaaand…..” bailey continued after depositing the caramels on the table. “I brought you and Kim a chocolate raisin biscuit each. I saw them this morning and had to grab them. They might still be warm too!”
Handing her a Kim their cookies, Bailey waived to Rita and Lily, before sitting down.
She settled into her seat, with her bag on the ground next to her and Twinkle curled up, purring in her lap.

ㅤ──────────────────────| ── | More people arrived at the location. Kim let his blue eyes flicker over the others, wondering how many more would show up. Well, they were outside. Even if a lot showed up, he could always move a little. Or stand up and get some air if things became too crowded for him. That was what he liked about being outside, versus inside. It didn't feel as if he was going to suffocate when lots of people gathered around the area. Kayla appeared with her ferret, Squeaky. It was a cute name and Kim thought the animal was adorable. He raised a hand into the air to wave at the girl, giving his trademark greeting to her too. "Yo." Kayla took a seat and said something about having brought 'Bar Ones'. What was that odd sounding name? The moment he heard it was a muggle chocolate with caramel, Kim's interest spiked. "I've never seen or heard of those before." He said and looked over at the muggle sweet Kayla had brought with her. "You said they're a form of chocolate?" Kim asked, just to make sure he'd heard her right the first time. Puffie hopped over to where Lily was and bounced off her leg, only to come back and bounce off it again. He squeaked, looking up at her, trying to get her attention. Normally, Kim would call him back when Puffie misbehaved like this, after all it was only right! Puffie was bothering someone! But right now he was too absorbed in the new chocolate delight of Lily's to focus on anything else. Even when Bailey arrived, Kim was still staring at the chocolate that Kayla had brought with her. That is, until Bailey spoke of bringing caramel treats and a chocolate raisin biscuit for him. He blinked and turned towards the girl with a smile on his face. A rare smile, as usually his attempts as smiles went bad when he intentionally wanted to smile, and people misunderstood them all the time. But when Kim talked about food or sweets, he didn't realize his smiles were blindingly dazzling to others. He was about to go over to Bailey when he happened to see her cat with the girl. And stopped dead in his tracks. Kim didn't have to worry much at the time about his allergies because he'd recently taken an allergy potion. But the trauma that came from cats still remained with him, despite this. The good news was that Bailey was walking over towards him without her cat. Kim took the chocolate raisin biscuit and munched on it happily after thanking her for the item. Making a mental note to go grab some other treats later on, he settled himself back down onto the blanket again. Away from the areas those with cats were settled, for the boy's own safety. Ah right. The muggle chocolate with the weird name. The one Kayla had brought, he still wanted to try one of those if she wanted to share them with the others! ────────────────────── ㅤ ㅤ──────────────────────

@Lily BlazeKim was mesmerised by food, first the caramel chocolates that Kayla had and then he turned to Bailey when she metnioned food - his smile was a real Kim smile, dazzling, and it made... made Bailey's heart flutter. aww he is adorable when he's so excited Bailey thought, smiling softly back at Kim.
then kim realized that twinkle was with her - and his smile sort of died. bailey knew he was allergic, and made sure to give him space.
a while later, the meeting wrapped up.
quinn had left, Kayla, Rita, Lily and Kim were soon to follow.
Bailey stayed a little later, picking up paper wrappers and letting twinkle run around free.
Bailey enjoyed cleaning, it was calming, almost soothing to her.
Having space for her own thoughts, and being able to be alone and productive.
Bailey whistled for twinkle who came trotting up after Bailey as she made her way back up to the castle.
Bailey and twinkle settled back into a loft in Bailey's Ravenclaw dorm room. Bailey's dormmates currently were not in the dorm, so Bailey and twinkle had it all to themselves. Thought it was still early, Bailey sat in her pajamas in a nook, with some homework, a book, some snacks, and twinkle.

Kim said he'd never heard of Bar One's before and Kayla looked shocked. First Athena, now Kim. Honestly, this was best chocolate ever, and he hadn't heard of it? But she was delighted that Kim had taken interest in what she a brought, nevertheless. She nodded to his question before speaking, "Yeah, its chocolate. It has a cookie layer, and a caramel filling. And my favoruite chocolate, mind." she opened the front pocket of her bag and took out more, and she handed one to Kim first, before giving it out to the rest of the group. "Try one," she encouraged him, taking one for herself.
"If you don't like it, don't say so. Just pull a face," she warned, "because I will not speak to you again if you insult the best chocolate in world."
Kayla was only half-joking. Maybe not speaking to Kim was a stretch, but she would most certainly hold a grudge against him for a while. She didn't usually go on about things like this, but its was a Bar One! Was there more of a reason. Kayla watched Kim carefully as he tried the muggle chocolate.
"Well???" Kayla asked him as he ate, anxious for an answer. She was curious. Then again, if he didn't like it, he wasn't allowed to say so
As the meeting finished, Kayla picked up her stuff and called Squeaky. Squeaky liked walking on her own and sometimes she would run around a bit come back to Kayla when she called. Sometimes the ferret would get so excited, she would run around so quickly and go back and forth past Kayla until she would calm down and return by her owner's side. It was cute, but sometimes Kayla feared Squeaky would hit something. It was something Kim had always been obsessed over as there were so many variations of it everywhere. He couldn't remember all the names but the flavors were an entirely different matter. As Kayla explained what it was to him, Kim nodded. But his eyes were still on the chocolate. When the girl offered one to Kim, he immediately grabbed it and unwrapped it within a matter of milliseconds. Sniffing it and then examining it from the outside, he took a bite. As the flavors hit his tongue and swirled around his mouth, his blue eyes lit up. "Ah! This is like a Mars Bar!" He exclaimed, having sampled one in the past and had liked it a lot. Kim was kind of curious as to where this Bar One had originated from, as he didn't remember seeing it anywhere before. He glanced over at Kayla as the girl spoke again, telling him if he didn't like it to not tell her because she'd be insulted by this. The Bar One was now gone. Kim had already devoured it. "Ah, yes. Well, I kind of need to sample one again. I couldn't quite form an opinion about it because it was gone too fast, maybe if I had another one I could tell you my thoughts." He said with a nod. It wasn't an excuse to get another chocolate. Of course it wasn't. Kim was just doing this to be able to sample it and form an honest opinion about it. Whether or not he got another one from Kayla, Kim would store this one (if he got another one) in his pocket for later use. It was a great piece of chocolate, he needed to savor it for a time. But as it was, the meeting was coming to an end as Bailey said farewells to everyone. Kim would have stayed behind to help her clean up but knew Bailey preferred doing it on her own. She'd told him it was therapeutic for her to clean on her own. So he'd left her to her own devices and headed off with Puffie. He'd see her again soon one way or another.... |
