Human.past.He was born in London, to Elizabeth Quinn, the brilliant magizoologist, and Theodore Dempsie, the a young star Quidditch player, and apart from the fans that would ask about his father, or how the wizarazzi (how he nicknamed paparazzi in the wizarding world) would always try to take photos of him and his mother whenever they left the house, life was fine. On his seventh birthday, however, he discovered his parents were getting a divorce. That was the most major thing that happened to him growing up. It wasn’t pretty, you know. He felt disappointed and stressed out, to the point all the lights flickered and his parents were forced to hold hands—unable to let go of one another until he had calmed down.
Since then, he’s lived with his father in Cambridge.
It’s a normal, plain life surrounded by magic. Granny is a baker—muggles and witches alike love everything she makes, and whenever he can, she lets him help around the kitchen. He spends most of his time with her, but whenever he returns from practice, Theodore has great stories to tell. They play Quidditch and wizard chess. Mother writes whenever she can, sending pictures and small gifts from all over the world, and they’re planning on meeting for his birthday this year.personality.Now, to be honest, Edmund likes to think he’s like his mother. Despite everything, he holds her dearly in his heart and wishes to be as accomplished as her when he grows up. He’s friendly, it’s true, a true extrovert, and dedicated, but everything else about him is… very Theodore. Loud and talkative—a bit brute because he smacks people when he laughs too hard. He’s sarcastic and always has something to say. A bit too proud and stubborn for someone who’s been proved wrong as many as he has. Hyperactive and on the verge of being mean and annoying at times. Edmund enjoys being the center of attention and pleasing people, which is such a contradiction as he is. Basically, he likes to be liked.appearance.Edmund towers over others his age, at 1,60 currently. Much his father, he has long limbs and a long nose. Like his mother, his black hair is messy and thick, falling over his baby face. (Grandmother says he’d be such a pretty girl, which is getting annoying.) His eyes are clear blue, covered in mischief. His front teeth are too big, and his left incisor is crooked.
