My former character is a second year so i think Lili would have to be moved up a year?
the thing is, I don't think you're allowed to move them. It would be a huge plot hole, that's the thing. Like what Juni said, they have to be in the exact same year as you.

You can move your iNPC, but you would have to write why they were away or held back a year.
