I will be so excited if you do! We have lots of great things planned for the school. Although yes, Fawkes is right -- your character can be nationality-wise from anywhere, so long as they live in one of the countries Koldov accepts by the time they'd be starting school.
My character is going to be Kazakh, personally, but we have plenty of folks from other countries that moved to Russia, China, etc. before starting their education!

Hmm I like both French and Chinese so I was confused..
