Wow. Serious or not, injuries are scary. I will be praying for peace upon you and your family! I wish you all luck and hope for good news and a speedy recovery for your family member.

Hi! I have a maybe strange question. It's been on my mind ever since I joined: Do you think it's wrong or a sin to dive into topics like Harry Potter or magic in general? My mother always says that God doesn't want it because it's often connected to bad things like the devil or demons and such things. What do you think?

Hey! I think this is actually a really good question that I have honestly spent a long time struggling with. For me personally
I believe that it’s not a sin to read Harry Potter and do things like this site, but if it becomes something that takes up too much of our time and mind space then it’s good to distance yourself from it, which I’ve had to do before. As long as your spiritual life and the people in your life are set above these things then I think it’s not a sin. However I know plenty of people have different opinions.

Hey all! Acknowledging that I saw this question and I would respond now as I’ve thought a lot about it, but I’m about to go to bed and can’t until I am officially home and rested on Friday. That’s when I’ll probably write my two cents. (maybe tomorrow, but I’m flying in two planes with a 20+ hour travel day.)
