• If you have a Fake permission slip, you can Rp something in Hogsmeade- probably in The Three Broomsticks, Madam Puddifoots or Honeydukes
• You can Rp something in Diagon Alley like in Madam Malkins or Flourish and Blotts buying your first school supplies
• You can Rp something in the common rooms (if you're the same house) or the corridors or the classrooms with the characters first hating each other and then eventually becoming friends

So, Eugenia has escaped from hiding after 7 months and needs to stay as hidden as possible, while still connecting w the upper class for safety.
