Job Description: Amid a tenure of over two years, Sarai discovered a passion that she adored more than her beloved flora: children. Being cooped up in chilly Scottish highlands wasn’t ideal for an unfettered woman native to the humid islands of the Caribbean, yet the Fleischer woman endured the cold and lonely months simply because of the students who had soon become extensions of her own brood.
Following the Hogsmeade explosion that had almost claimed her life and that of so many others, it wasn’t always easy to stand by her decision to remain at Hogwarts as the resident Professor of Herbology. The study of Herbology was always at the frontline of her profession growing up, but Sarai’s appreciation for Divination was never lost and only grew more profound whilst seeking guidance for all the trauma that had recently plagued her students and family.
Upon her long awaited, reluctant decision to finally leave Hogwarts after missing so many precious early moments Célienne and Dèlia—a mistake Sarai had made with Alphonse and Briar in their adolescence—the Carribean-bred witch recognized immediately that she still wanted nothing more than to remain a resource for her now-former students despite departing from her professor position.
Her next chapter in life would now be centralized in Divination —utilizing aura reading and other divinational techniques to gain insight into her patients’ emotional frequencies and procure herself as an international wizarding world therapist for adults and students alike.

Job Description: Despite the wishes of his former dukun, Denbeigh, Lawrence Maynard had not been the vision of a Grand Seer he had so desperately wanted to be. His hope for a more inclusive Isle had led to the endangerment of not just his students but every resident of the Isle and, internationals from every corner of the world. So despite the hardship he felt in failing he knew it was for the best. The stepdown wasn't easy for him, leaving behind all the memories he had made in his year there, the progress he had made and the hurdle of overcoming the fears that made him leave in the first place. Yet unlike when he was a boy and ran far from this place he found that he no longer felt that way. Now he wore his mistakes on his sleeve and pushed through them.
So perhaps it was time to say goodbye to a role he had been all but forced into, but that did not mean he had to say goodbye to this home, not again. Talking to his colleagues he came to the decision that while he was stepping down from the Grand Seer, he had made a promise to these people, to his students, and he would not fail them for any longer. Lawrence had decided that he had to go back to the root in order to learn how to be a leader, a position he may one day return to. So to do that, he was resigning as Grand Seer but stepping down into the role of a dukun. Denbeigh was a dukun long before he became the Grand Seer and he was without a doubt the inspiration for his decision.
Maynard was not the Grand Seer his students deserved, but he would be in time. In time he would learn the basics of what it was to truly be an educator, to truly connect with a pewari so that he might one day mimic it for all of them. It was going to be a journey and in truth he had no idea where it would lead him, but for the first time in a long time, he was looking toward the future not with apprehension but with hope.

Job Description:Proof of Prerequisites:It had been well over a decade since she last brewed potions professionally in this manner. Her speciality had been alchemy specifically, as she had attempted to train under a well known alchemist in the past. However, her father's death and the subsequent drastic career changes stopped her training. Her previous career experience within the Ministry were no longer options in light of everything happening. She had also lost access to much of her research from the past, after being sworn to secrecy and then spent over seven years administrating at Hogwarts, where she rarely had time to resume her research or experiment with potions. As such, she had to start again - almost from scratch - and with the new unexpected lifestyle, Hjørdis opted to do something she could do anywhere, even remotely or whilst always on the move.
Since she had experience making potions, she opted to resume her training in the field. Unfortunately, being a decade out of the profession, she had to start at a novice level. This was not her dream job but it worked for her right now. Ingredients were available all over the world - and sometimes sourcing them required travel, which she envisioned she would be doing a lot of as she was practically on the run, living in remote parts of the world, not necessarily near an apothecary. She was going back to the basics, studying everything once again and attempting to find new ways to make existing potions as she needed to focus on changing the recipes to work using the basic ingredients that she had available to her.
Hjørdis was not expecting to make a ton of money from this new venture but she planned to utilise her contacts to try and brew a few potions that she could sell for money, spending the rest of the time trying to perfect the existing potion recipes. More than likely, she would be focusing on healing potions as that seemed the most needed in the world. Luckily, money was not a major factor for her, having saved and invested most of her income in the past. Right now, she needed experience again. Being a decade out of the profession mattered - and even when she had done it in the past, she was very much learning. For now, she needed to focus on staying afloat. This was not exactly where she expected to be in her late thirties, preferring more stability, but the situation was forcing her to change her outlook.
Hopefully, she could use this time to figuring out who she was, what she wanted to do. Specifically, finding her passion for potions once more, and finally being free of the paperwork involved of being Deputy Headmistress of Hogwarts.
