Potions Q&A
You can find it in the Harry Potter Wiki ;)Louisa McStately wrote: 4 Jan 2025, 23:14 I am in year 1 lesson 2 and doing the homework and I am so confused! How can I find out about where to collect Unicorn Horn for example? I can’t find it in the lesson or on the separate Potions Booklet thingy! I’m really sorry if it’s obvious but I’m just really confused!

Potions Q&A
Do you have to do the lessons in order? (I mean, it isn't telling me I have to so...)

Potions Q&A
Yes! If you unlock the first lesson, you can do the others in any order you wish!Graci Laren wrote: 28 Apr 2025, 16:33 Do you have to do the lessons in order? (I mean, it isn't telling me I have to so...)
Potions Q&A
No you don't, as long as they're accessible to you, you can do them in any order.Graci Laren wrote: 28 Apr 2025, 16:33 Do you have to do the lessons in order? (I mean, it isn't telling me I have to so...)
You will however need to do Lesson 1 for a few subjects to open the rest of their lessons.

Potions Q&A
I'm here again (I hope I can double post on this because it's a new question)
So for the last homework for first year it only gave one use of the bat spleen and I've looked in other sources and it doesn't say much... unless it's asking what potions it goes in....

Potions Q&A
The spleen question is about what the function is. I recommend just looking for the function of the spleen in general since a bat spleen is similar to the human spleen. This can be found outside of the lesson.Graci Laren wrote: 22 May 2025, 22:30 I'm here again (I hope I can double post on this because it's a new question)

Potions Q&A
Might be a stupid question, but I was a bit confused on the Potions system. I tried reading the post at viewtopic.php?t=22602 , but I wasn't entirely clear on my understanding in a lot of ways. Are potions actually consumed on use? I assumed they were, but then I saw that spells can be bought too, and I can't imagine those are consumed on use, so now I'm not sure on potions.
Potions Q&A
No, they are not consumed on use. The potions and spells in your inventory trunk remain unchanged when used in roleplays. The potions or spells in the inventory trunk means your character knows how to use them (cast the spell, brew the potions, or use the potions).Alix Fenwick wrote: 23 Dec 2025, 02:46 Might be a stupid question, but I was a bit confused on the Potions system. Players cannot roleplay their character successfully casting spells, brewing potions, or using potions unless they have the items in their inventory trunk. That's why players are given spells/potions upon completing homework. If they don't want to do the homework, they can purchase them in the shops.
Let me know if you're still unsure.
