well it depends
there are schools that teach some basic things to purebloods (u can read about that in the lore) or they’re homeschooled here

i think they can live anywhere actually, maybe there are wizard neighborhoods (like my character personally lives in a wizard neighborhood cuz i chose to, but idk)
