Yeahh during the lockdown I used to read loads of book and consequently my far away vision started getting affected. I didn't know that reading books was the reason as my mom always ranted about that it's because I use phone. (I only used it for 3 hours per day)

Most of the people who wear spectacles are due to genetics. I have friends who play video games for 13 hours during holidays and they have yet to wear spectacles...I'm not entirely experienced within this topic.
