Just like that, it was game on.

The rain continued to assault Koko's face as she flew, deliberately avoiding the goal hoops and instead gazing around the field almost nonchalantly. The idea was pretty simple: the older one was, the more dangerous, and therefore the more necessary to be dealt with the most quickly.

A year ago, she would not have done this without serious moral deliberation or without thinking of it for days on end. But today, she flew without any moral enquiries on her end, her bland amber gaze stuck lazily flitting between Maggie and Lavinia, both extremely respectable players in their own rights, for very different reasons.

She kept her gaze mostly on Maggie at first, offering the younger Slytherin a small, hopefully-motivating smile – but she didn't think Maggie would need any motivation. Her careful focus Maggie was a distraction at best, a way to stop herself from cringing every time the Eagles scored. Underneath her Keeper's gloves, her knuckles tightened against her broom – largely the only outward show of annoyance. Her facial expression remained serene although her initial warm smile did become tight-lipped, and her gaze dulled slightly as the time came to act.

Slytherins were truly snakes at heart, and there would always come a day that each and every one lived up to the reputation of House Slytherin or the creatures that represented it. She had sat back until she found the right moment to strike, and strike she did. It was poorly executed, she thought to herself as she zoomed away, any semblance of regret or remorse long-forgotten. This time, the act of cheating would not keep Koko up at night.

Enganação. This literally means "cheat" and is a basically the art of sleight of hand for Brazilian Quiddich players. When a Quiddich player attempts to use the "cheat" action where they attempt to cast a spell while in a game, they succeed once per game automatically. Must declare alongside cheat action. All subsequent attempts to cheat have a 10% automatic "not noticed by the spectators" effect.

Mellani watched as Ravenclaw scored 50 points through the quaffle. She would have tried to score a few points too, but she knew how vital keeping players in the game safe was and she had been trying her best to do just that by being ready to save any falling teammates. However, everyone managed to be in one piece, and only a few Ravens seemed to fall. Although the Ravenclaws had got a head start when it came to scores, Mellani was sure that the Slytherins would win this game too. Especially with the amazing seeker they had.

Well, they'd managed control of the quaffle, which was good news, though the almost-loss of Lavinia was terrifying. Bex was not ready to be the only conscious captain on the pitch, she hardly knew what she was doing at all.

She could only sigh as both Jorah and Ebony were violently removed from play. Sometimes it felt like the second string beater was just a third first string postion, she'd only ever played one game where she hadn't gotten called up. Sending a quick wave goodbye to her teammates still on the bench, she mounted up and joined her teammates in the air.

In the role of Seeker you when you have found the snitch, if someone attempts to use Alley Oop to help you find the snitch, the disadvantage is cancelled out. However, with this broom you do not gain the +1 chance to grab the snitch for rounds that the Alley Oop is used. To clarify, each round someone attempts to grab a snitch they get a +1 to the attempt and this stacks. There is no bonus (or stack from this round's attempt to grab) to grabbing the snitch.

In the role of Seeker, if an opponent attempts to Bludger or Blatch you, there is a 20% chance that you veer out of the way the last second and another enemy player at RANDOM is targeted instead.

Note: The new target still gets their normal dodge attempt. This is not considered to be an auto-dodge, in fact this roll is done before any accuracy rolls are done.

In the role of Seeker, when using the search action if you critically fail on your search you get a re-roll in an attempt to find the snitch. In an attempt to grab the snitch, if you critically fail on your attempt to grab the snitch you get to re-roll your attempt to grab the snitch.

Quinn couldn't believe herself. She hadn't managed to grab the quaffle at all. She had felt close once but hadn't reached it. She felt miserable. Her team luckily had compitent players and were currently in the lead point wise. On the other hand the other teams beaters were very adapt and had good aim. Not so good for her team. Her team had gotten knocked off her brooms and some of hte ways had definetly not been legal, The ref didn't seem to catch though so the game continued. She just hoped that her teams seeker could find the snitch and catch it real soon..

Losing Jorah this early in the game was going to be a big blow to Ravenclaw; maybe they were a bit off their usual game after losing Cec, but they still had a few tricks up their sleeve and Winnie wasn't about to call the game just yet. She gripped her broomstick tighter, a determined look crossing her features.
