Hmm seems like the words of someone clearly lying to save their skin. Don't trust the shady man who lives with her wife's son eugenia.

I think Baird is suspicious. Why was he there? Did you know that parchment is flammable? IT WAS HIM!

If English is your passion, you have choices here. You can, depending on your school, take a double major. You can also minor in English. You can also be bold and forgo the English degree altogether. Forget about the official and politically motivated curriculums and strike out on your own! Find out where your local used book shops are and settle in to the literature section! If there's a certain genre you like, you can focus on those, but also keep your literary eye on the broader English canon.

Works in Old English might be a little inaccessible without directed study (if your college offers a course in that language, take it!) and definitely check out Benjamin Bagby reciting Beowulf on Youtube! His performance is literally the definition of enchanting! But the Middle English corpus is most often readable with minimal extra work. And it's not just Chaucer!

Just work your way along the shelves and devour the literary goodness!

Its what I did when searching for things to write like film and theatre scripts for my last module. Old English, depending on your interest, is actually also a pretty good starting point for looking into (socio)linguistics if you ever find yourself on that endeavour. It sounds boring on paper and a little tricky in spots but a lot of good writing has come from where the languages have come from and how they've evolved today! I personally found it interesting, especially when I did French sociolinguistics

But my thoughts are the same! Just be like the ink and go with the flow!

He is wanted for the murder of the four headmasters/headmistresses of the wizarding schools, recently covered in our last article.

A report was made accusing Octavius Baird of murder, premeditated murder and performing an act of terrorism.

For his capture, a hefty reward of 2000 galleons will be rewarded, and any information about his presence will need to be reported for 10 galleons each, as long as it is proven to be credible. Make this report to Level 2 of the Ministry of Magic.

It's sad what our world has come to. Who can you trust anymore?
