Okay - Athena cabin issue
We are getting insanely overpopulated and our engineers areto busy designing water slides on a VERY IMPORTANT quest taking years
This means we cannot accommodate more Athena kids and need ways to House the ones we already have

I guess we should them redirect the budget to extra cabins around Athena
Sorta like 4 mini-cabins for 12 people max around the cabin, Athenas 1-4. That could clear it up. Just put new Athenas in those until we can free up some more space.
