Alchemy and Arithmetics weren't added as classes. However while I do not speak for anyone I'm fairly certain that to even add it, it requires coding to the site and modifying the report card a bit

I know we can't go too mad with dNPCs and action-y stuff (because I know it might be seen as breaking site rules and lore and stuff - which I completely understand) but with all the ideas I have, I feel ready for some Harry Potter-esque do or die scenarios with Em

it would be, but all of the sources we use for spells and potions as well as whats covered in the classes are all in their lessons, with the exception of both History of Magic and Astronomy both having [incomplete] textbooks, written and updated by the Professors of the classes themselves.

Study of Runes has a rune dictionary, transfiguration with resources used for year 1-2 homework, DADA with wand movements and incantations not found elsewhere as taught in the DADA classes.

Yep. Being in the Index allows you to perform spells and craft potions and whatnot when you earn them

Just remember when you're filling out your application for the Index that you meet the word requirements...!

Neato! If I remember correctly, your character's background history needs to be at least 220 words (excluding first instance of magic)

You can rp at any time, but you cant rp having spells and things that you dont have in your trunk, which you dont have yet!
