Just a bit of interesting stuff behind my Pain poems trilogy when writing it I began to research meanings, connotations and just random stuff about the word and I found some things that surprised my in my research did you know the word "pain" originates from the Greek poinē (penalty/retribution), evolving through Latin poena (punishment) and Old French peine (suffering/torment) to signify both physical agony and legal punishment. Entering English around the 13th/14th century, it originally meant suffering, torment, or punishment (especially related to crime or religious, like Jesus’ agony)

When I was younger I had a huge crush on this kid and that’s how I started writing poetry. There’s a lot to the story but long story short it’s kind of creepy to write a bunch of poems about someone and then later share them to him… which is what I did (long after I stopped liking him) they weren’t good but it was a nice way to release emotions. I wrote a lot about my love life
