When Catalina took over the position of headmistress she also made the original headmistress' office her own, the one headmistress Esmeralda refused to touch. Catalina chose it for the fact that it was the closest to the center of the large pyramid that was the main school building, allowing her to feel closer to the students. It was important to Catalina for the students in Castelobruxo to feel comfortable with her, to approach her and ask any questions they may have. After all, she can't help if she doesn't know what they may need help with.

Catalina's office had many large windows, allowing for the warm sun of the school grounds to come in easily, she had a wooden desk in the center of the office, leaned against the back wall on top of a colorful rug, making it the first thing one would see as they enter the space. On the desk and many shelves in the office are Catalina's plants, many of them being various flowers that added to the warm atmosphere. Next to the orchids on her desks is a framed magic photo of Catalina with her brother while they were both at school, celebrating one of her broom racing wins together. Despite her not often caring for family photos, that one always had a special place in her heart.

As a student enters the office Catalina would greet them with a smile in Spanish, her accent clearly Venezuelan, "Hello, I hope it's been a good day so far, how may I help you?" Before offering them a seat and putting away any paperwork she might still have out.
