I can see threads but I'm not able to reply to any of them. And I'm not able to send most owls, even basic ones. I can't format texts or attach pictures or send links...I hope this post works. I think it's because I haven't been online in a while. I also completely lost all my character's contacts in the game so I just wanted to deactivate and start a new account. Do you have the deactivation thread link? If not, could you ask around and send it to me please?

Since you have only been validated on the site for nearly five months, you can’t deactivate and start a new account until next month since the requirement is you have to be validated for at least six months.

Probably not since the staff will deny it until you have at least been validated for six months.

Hey there Izzy, just wanted to get a clearer picture on what seems to be going on with your account functions, expect an owl from me shortly. As Avery said, you cannot deactivate your account to begin a new character until this account has reached 6 months, however these problems should not be occurring and interfering with your enjoyment on site.

Super sorry to hear that. I have looked at your site permissions, you have no user group that would cause this issue. I see no strangely associated preference that would cause these issues either. I have used google analytics to identify where you have been on site and there is nothing to indicate an issue. I entered your permissions mask and again there was no issue. I can see you have replied to this thread, indicating to me that you are in fact able to reply to threads. Even in the absence of the permission to post images or urls, I should see the actual url without it being a hyperlink or the image url displaying as a picture, please reply to this post with an image - you know, and a url, even without coding it will hyperlink to show us more.

If a problem does in fact exist, what we can do is make you a new account and give it the same name, demographics and house, so you can resume your time on the site. I would then deactivate this account.

If there was no problem and you are just looking to make a new account, not fix this one, you need to wait the 6 months.

I found the error in the caches and permissions. Since it's been a while, I had changed my permissions for other uses in a few websites. It's working now!
