Sweet : Landsey is adorable, but unfortunately, sometimes it works against him. From the outside, no one would think he's so gentle with people. He rarely raises his voice, gets angry, and if there's an argument, he remains perfectly neutral. At times, he kind acts almost submissively, following everyone's orders and requests without questioning anything.
Kind/Gentle : He has a big heart, both with those close to him and with strangers. He likes to be helpful, to take care of, to help as much as possible, and he never expects anything in return. He's very empathetic and understanding. If he can't understand, he'll respect it, because he knows it's hard to be different.
Simple-minded : He's not simple in the sense of being stupid, but rather because he doesn't complicate and overthink everything. You love someone ? Man, woman ? Love them. You’re not feeling well ? You’ve the right, I'm here for you. You’re tired ? Rest, don't push and put yourself under pressure, it's okay. That's his way of thinking.
Energic : Oh yeah, you could say it loud, Landsey has energy ! He likes to move, play sports, he speaks quickly, and thinks at a thousand miles an hour. He has trouble staying still, he gets bored easily, and his concentration is difficult to capture if he doesn't like the subject in question.
Wise (try to be) : And that's the very opposite of his energetic side ! For someone who's sometimes overexcited, it's often difficult to keep his calm in check. But he'd like to be as wise as everyone else. He's not mean, he tries to make a lot of effort, but it's not always easy. He rarely does anything stupid, and if he does, there's definitely a reason behind it.
Protective : He's protective, maybe too much. His mothers are his treasures, and he respects women a lot. He will protect them at all costs, against anyone who dares to speak ill of them or try to harm his family. His friends also come before him, he protects them against injustice, and can, in these moments, become very, very angry.
Possessive : This must be Landsey's biggest flaw, but when I say big flaw, I mean huge. He has trouble managing his possessiveness, and it can quickly turn into obsession. Being a emotionally sensitive person, when he loves, he loves so much that it's too too much, and he'll want more, more, and more. It takes time for him to question himself, and he needs a little help, but with the right words, he'll get it.
Loyal : You could be alone against everyone, in mortal danger, have committed murder, his loyalty and love for you remain unwavering. You will always come first, he will be on your side, will help you out of complicated situations if necessary. He will never leave you if he has decided to give you importance and his loyalty.

Unusually tall for his age because of his part-giant nature (11 years-old -> 6’0 ft/183 cm), Landsey often gives others the impression that he’s looking down on them, his square jaw, long straighgt nose, really sharp teeth that often protrude from his lips and large eyes which lend him an almost stern look, certainly don’t help. His body is wide, he has broad shoulders, ample back and his arms are almost the size of thighs. He does a lot of sports, making him athletic, his muscles already well developed thanks to his genes, are much more visible and strong than normal. His skin is rough but very fair, like greige color, scattered with freckles that are likely to increase as he grows. He has striking red hair, very long (to the middle of his back) styled into a long mullet shaved at the sides near his ears, often held in place with clips given to him by his mother. Sometimes, a small braid can be seen at the nape of his neck, his parents enjoy playing with his hair. Among his curly locks, some white strands stand out, and he has pale pink eyes due to piebaldism, an inherited, harmless condition that reduces melanin levels, resulting in this unusual eye color and lighter hair. His clothing style is very chill, some even find he has a sort of “bad boy” charm, with his silver earrings, leather bracelets, and relaxed posture.

Since childhood, his parent spoken Welsh with him often, so he’s fluent in both Welsh and English. He know some words in French too.
He is left-handed.

History
His two moms met one evening by chance, and it was love at first sight. They became each other’s soulmates, bought a home styled in old Celtic fashion, got married, and built a life together. Thanks to the ROPA method (Reception of Oocytes from Partner), they had their one and only child. Unfortunately, Esus, who carried the baby, has piebaldism, which she passed on to her son.
He spent part of his schooling in a regular school because his parents knew he enjoyed human connection. However, perhaps due to his differences or personality, other kids weren’t always kind, causing him to withdraw. His mothers then decided to homeschool him, his tutor being an old friend of Esus who taught him everything about the muggles and wizards world, helping him thrive in peace. He’s practiced many sports : rugby, basketball, swimming, but the one he’s stuck with since he was little and deeply likes, is boxing. He also discover and really enjoys listening to music, from metal and rock to French songs like those by Videoclub.
Landsey’s first magical accident happened late, maybe too late. His mothers, both wizards born, were growing concerned when nothing had manifested by the time he was nine and a half.
During an outing in the vast meadow behind their house, Belisama showed Landsey how to saddle his horse. Just as she fastened the equipment, one of the stirrups slipped and fell directly toward the leg of the stool she was standing on. Panicked, the young boy managed to nudge the stirrup away by a few centimeters, stopping the stool and his mother from falling. Soon after, his Hogwarts letter arrived, to the delight of the entire family.
Speaking of family relief, Landsey's family is very large on Belisama's side. She has two sisters (Metis and Aura), four younger brothers (Agrios, Talos, Damysos & Damasène), and several cousins. She’s the daughter of a giantess named Angrboda, and a human named Tyr.
They met while protecting a forest in their respective villages between the lands and the mountains. Falling in love at first sight, they had children and lived calmly for a very long time. However, as the relation between giants and wizards worsened over the years, they both chose to separate to avoid creating more tension in their surroundings. Despite everything, they remain very much in love, and often get together to spend time with each other and even receive visits from their children from time to time.
So, Belisama is a half-giant, which explains her very strong stature, her almost ash-colored skin, squashed nose, and her sharp teeth protruding slightly from her lips. She gave many of her characteristics to her son, and she only explained the reason for his when Landsey once broke a door because he opened it too hard by anger. That day, the boy discovered his part-giant nature, understood why his strong emotions sometimes took over, as well as his broad build and his tall height compared to other children of his age.
It was complicated at first for him, for an 8-year-old. After all, it's not every day that you learn that, apart from being a wizard, you're not even entirely human. Very angry at first, Landsey refused for a long time to speak to his mothers. He took refuge with Atlas, refusing to hear anything from either one. It's difficult to be different down to your fingertips, because in addition to having an illness that changes his physique over the years, he learns that he will grow, grow and grow until one day he might even surpass his mother, who was already 8'2 ft (248 cm).
After camping for nearly two weeks in the large meadow behind his house with his horse, he calmed down and came back home, his arms yawning, his face red with shame. He blamed himself for being so angry against his family for a long time. But when he felt Esus's arms around him, it wasn't anger but sadness that he felt. His mother, not having any giant nature and yet quite tall for a human (6'1 ft/187 cm), suddenly seemed so far away from him. He was afraid of being too big, taking up too much space, he, who doesn't like closed spaces. His mothers reassured him, Belisama taking them both in her huge arms. Now that he looked at his mother, he understood that it was abnormal that she was so tall, but it never bothered him, so it won't be a bother now.
Gradually, he got used to seeing himself grow, becoming wider, more muscular, and even taller, at 11 being almost as tall as Esus (6’0 ft/183 cm). He trained himself to manage his strength, and his emotions. Sometimes, out of excitement, frustration, or fear, he would break glasses in his hands or tear off the handle of his bedroom door (again). Family
Atlas is a huge, dark gray Percheron with light manes. Weaned at ten months, his former owner only wanted to keep the mother and get rid of the foal. Belisama, who stumbled upon the baby by chance, decided to adopt it and give it to her son for his eighth birthday. Landsey became the new owner of it, named him, and they became inseparable. They often sleep together : Atlas, trusting, lying in the field or in his box, Landsey snuggled up against him, sometimes with a book in hands to tell stories to his friend. He's docile, calm, kind, sweet, and loves rides with Landsey by the beach and in the forest.
Atlante is an all-black female ferret, with a light beige snout and ear tips. For a ferret, she's not very big, and her fur is quite long. She's energetic and playful, but she's also a great nap-taker. Her favorite activities are playing, eating, and sleeping. When Landsey bought his ferret, it was scared and bit his finger. He didn't move, waited patiently, and it immediately climbed onto his neck, squealing with joy. This has become her favorite spot when he carries her. At night or during naps, Atlante crawls into Landsey's chest to sleep.

Mothers
Esus is a beautiful woman, tall (6'1 ft/187 cm), always dressed in pretty clothes, with strong Celtic roots. She has piebaldism, an inherited harmless condition that reduces melanin levels, resulting in her white hair and pink eyes. She also passed it to her son. She doesn’t know her father, and her mom passed away, but don’t worry, she’s not sad. She's very spiritual, so she believes in the afterlife, this kind of thing. She's understanding, curious, and creative. She works as a jewelry designer with runes, has a little business in the muggle world during vacations, and works the rest of the year in her little shop in the Diagon Alley, because she loves all human beings, in both worlds. Esus particularly enjoys making hair clips for Landsey. Her and her wife are born on the same day, October 13.
Esus's partner is serious, strict, but very kind. Coming from a very large family, Belisama is very responsible and can quickly become anxious when something doesn't go as planned. She’s the older sister of four brothers and two sisters, all very loud and talkative. They all look very similar, Belisama, because of her half-giant nature, is tall (8'2 ft/248 cm) and has a very strong stature, ash-colored skin, a squashed nose, brown eyes and very long hair in dreadlocks, her sharp teeth protrude slightly from her lips, and the odd scars from her job. She often dresses in sturdy, masculine clothing, giving her a butch look. She works in the field of environmental management : forests, coasts and nature conservation, to prevent any wild magical creatures from being endangered, or seen by muggles. Sometimes, if needs help, she works with the Hebrides Reserve.
Best friend
Lethys Morphée is a hyperactive, athletic young man, both sweet and frank, but very effeminate in his way of dressing. He’s quite flirtatious and takes great care in his appearance. He doesn't mince his words and gives strange nicknames to those around him. He isn't mean, just difficult to understand. If you want to be close to him, you’ve to be patient. Lands' consider him his best friend, the "best" he would say. They met at a summer sports camp and have kept in touch ever since. Lethys teaches Landsey a few words in French, and he particularly enjoys calling him by his middle name, Griffith, always making the boy blush because he's not used to it.

You're more an extrovert or an introvert ?
- "I'm an extrovert, that's for sure ! I like human presence, people, and noise ! But I think it's a shame to categorize people from the first interaction. It's better to say nothing, because some people hide very well their truself !"
What do you like to eat ?
- "I prefer salty to sweet, but if I'd to give one of the things I like the most, it would be lychees ! This is so good, my mothers buy it all the time ! But we never let Belisama cook, the food always ends up burnt."
Are you living well with your illness ?
- "I've never considered my illness as a flaw or an obstacle. But it's like having a different skin color, or a different sexuality : most people hate you, insult you, and hurt you because you don't fit the norm. Before, it scared me, now I'm proud of it."
What's your biggest fear ?
- "My biggest fear would be losing my family, but if we're talking about something concrete, I hate closed spaces. Rooms without windows, closets, narrow hallways, all of them give me a heavyweight in my stomach, and I feel suffocated. I often sleep outside with Atlas, my horse. It may be strange, but I feel free, I can breathe, and I know that if I need to leave, I can. I will never be locked up, neither with walls, nor with ideas that aren't mine."

- "Everyone has a dream, but mine is probably more childish than some. I would like, after having learned French well (thanks to Lethys), to make a declaration of love to the person I love in this language. Hoping that they will like it..."

Hi everyone ! This part is a sort of FAQs with Landsey, who will answering for himself, so it won't be me describing him. And if you've any questions you'd like to ask him, feel free to send me an owl.

You're more an extrovert or an introvert ?
- "I'm an extrovert, that's for sure ! I like human presence, people, and noise ! But I think it's a shame to categorize people from the first interaction. It's better to say nothing, because some people hide very well their truself !"
What do you like to eat ?
- "I prefer salty to sweet, but if I'd to give one of the things I like the most, it would be lychees ! This is so good, my mothers buy it all the time ! But we never let Belisama cook, the food always ends up burnt."
Are you living well with your illness ?
- "I've never considered my illness as a flaw or an obstacle. But it's like having a different skin color, or a different sexuality : most people hate you, insult you, and hurt you because you don't fit the norm. Before, it scared me, now I'm proud of it."
What's your biggest fear ?
- "My biggest fear would be losing my family, but if we're talking about something concrete, I hate closed spaces. Rooms without windows, closets, narrow hallways, all of them give me a heavyweight in my stomach, and I feel suffocated. I often sleep outside with Atlas, my horse. It may be strange, but I feel free, I can breathe, and I know that if I need to leave, I can. I will never be locked up, neither with walls, nor with ideas that aren't mine."
Do you have a dream ? If so, do you think you can achieve it ?
- "Everyone has a dream, but mine is probably more childish than some. I would like, after having learned French well (thanks to Lethys), to make a declaration of love to the person I love in this language. Hoping that they will like it..."
Your favorite song ?
- "My favorite song is a French song, the first one I heard, thanks to my best friend ! It's "J'attends" by Ben Mazué & Pomme."
