Damien slowly entered Magical Menagerie as he looked around in awe at all the amazing and cool animals in the Menagerie. He had came in here looking for a pet of his own because ever since he was younger he wanted a animal because he wanted a companion so he wouldn't be lonely in the house while his parents were away for business. But sadly his father said no and told him once he was older they may consider letting him have one. Well now he was older and decided he could finally get one their was just one issue, he didn't know what animal he wanted as a pet.

He began to look around slowly making his first stop at the owls, why he wasn't as invested in the owls he figured he should at least take a look to see if any of them catch his eyes. He noticed two owls that looked pretty to him and that was the Indian Eagle as well as the Artic owl. He didn't know why but those owls intrigued him a lot especially the Artic owl, maybe it was due to its beautiful white feathers or its amber eyes but it caught Damien's attention a lot.

He thought on it for a second before deciding the owls weren't for him and moving onto the next animal he was going to look which was the toads. He had seen many Toads around his family home and he always would chase them around when he was younger. now don't get him wrong he didn't have dislike or hate toads but keeping one as a pet just wasn't from him so he moved on to another Animal. The next animal he saw was rats. He didn't understand how people would want a rat as a pet because he remembered all the time his mother would chase rats out of there vacation house during the summer time so he didn't think they would be a good pet.

So he walked away and began to look around at other animals, he crossed off Snakes and lizards off his list because why he loved snakes he didn't think he'd be good at taking care of one and pygmy puffs he thought why adorable he didn't think it be a good fit for him so he decided to look at the last animal he had yet to look at, cats.

Cats were one of his favorite animals so it only made sense that he got a cat as a pet the only issue was there was so many cats to choose from and he was very indecisive and couldn't choose which one he wanted. He sighed as he was preparing himself to be here for awhile that was until he noticed a cat staring up at him sweetly.

It was a Red Mackerel Tabby that was starring up at him, he crouched down softly as he smiled at the cat. "This is the one!" He said with a smile as he picked up the cat and held them in his arms. "Now what to name you....hm I think ill name you Apollo." he said happily as he walked towards the register to purchase Apollo.
