Hi! I have recently joined Hufflepuff! I am very excited and all i want to do is start quidditch!

Could anyone tell me where i can start or when i can buy a broom?

also, how do i level up?

i was also wondering how good hufflepuff is at quidditch and if i could join once i purchase a broom- i'd love to be a seeker!

First, you need to be indexed to join a sport.

Secondly, you do not need a broom to be a quidditch player, but if you want to buy one, you can go to quality quidditch supplies.

If you mean go to second year etc. by “level up”, you need to be indexed and fairly active.

You can join the quidditch team by getting in the waitlist fora position. To do that, you need to post in the Wanted! Quidditch Players forum in our common room and fill out a form.

That is for duelling and broom racing Emily, there are no spells in Quidditch.

Welcome to hio Lynette! Quidditch is one of our three site sports and very fun to do, I'm sure you will enjoy it lots!

The first step to joining your house team is getting yourself indexed and having an encyclopedia page, which you can do over in our index application. If you find this process confusing or overwhelming, a good resource to help you out is our mentorship program which you can sign up for here. Once you have gotten yourself indexed and your application is approved, the next step is heading over to your houses common room and fill out the form for the quidditch waitlist. Don't worry about spells or homework, that's only a requirement for dueling and broom racing

As for brooms, you don't need one to sign up for a team! They do however provide stat bonuses, and might be something you want to save up for in the future. They can be brought at quality quidditch supplies over in diagon alley.

I'm assuming that by "leveling up" you mean year levels, because hogwarts doesn't have a year system. Once you are registered with the index, then you will be automatically moved up every irl year as long as you don't fall off the index

I'm not entirely sure wether Hufflepuff is historically good or bad historically through site games, but seeker is certainly one of the positions you can sign up for in the waitlist!
