Physical Description:

Elias has medium brown hair, hazel eyes and light skin, quite the common type of kid you can see around. Both his height and his weight are average for his age, with an height of 144cm and a weight of 36kg, and no distinct features to be noted. His facial features are still childish, and a big smile is quite often on his face.

Mental Description:

Energetic, curious and always looking for new friends and experiences, Elias loves to be surrounded by people and having fun. He has a curious and creative mind, always open to changes and news, interested to anything that can bring him some fun. He really likes expressing himself and his emotions and is quite clearly an open book, with little to no secrets kept for himself. He is rarely seen alone, it feels almost like he could start a conversation with a wall if no other being was present. He is suspected to have ADHD for his short attention span, his random hyperfixations and his exaggerated energy, but he has not been diagnosed yet.

Background:

Elias was born in London, England, from two pure-blood young wizards, whose families were in a long and ancient feud. His parents tried to hide first the pregnancy and then Elias from the elders of the families, but just after a few days of life he was discovered and the young parents were put under a difficult decision: make him disappear forever and never see each other again, or being disowned by their families, as their child would have brought nothing but chaos and more conflict among their families.

Unfortunately, they chose to let Elias go before anyone outside of their families could see him or acknowledge his existence, but since their child shouldn't have existed in first place they had to search for a place where no one would have looked for him, or where he wasn't going to pop back up in immediate times: they decided to leave him in a foster home so that he could have been raised far from them and be hidden from everyone until the inevitable letter from Hogwarts, and hopefully become an ordinary wizard with no connection to them, pursuing his life as any other wizard. They, on the other side, could have pretended that the baby had never existed and they could have the time to go back to their old lives, never to see each other again and hiding or destroying any possible clue that could trace Elias back. Elias was such an adorable baby that immediately caught the attention of many couples, and was adopted by a spanish couple living in London: they kept his original name and gave him a second spanish name, Andrès.

A year later they all moved back to Valencia, Spain for a few years, where Elias was homeschooled, as his adoptive father was a wizard, while his adoptive mother was a muggle, and lived a quite ordinary and happy childhood despite being conscious of being adopted: he knew his biological parents left him to foster care, but didn't care much about them. He loved his adoptive parents so much he didn't care much about his origins, and never really questioned or asked anyone. He developed a bubbly and joyful personality, made many friends throughout the way, and learned both Spanish and English. They all returned to England when Elias was 10, as his parents both got relocated to England for job reasons, and short after Elias received his letter from Hogwarts, confirming what everyone already knew.

His parents were just as curious as him regarding his future life at Hogwarts: they were surely a bit sad to see their child leave for school, but they knew it was the right place to go, so that he could stay with other wizards and learn to control his powers, and probably befriend the entire castle.

First Instance of Magic:

it occurred when Elias was 5, when he and his parents were back in England for a few months during summer break. It was almost bedtime, and Elias was just too awake and full of energy to go to sleep. His parents tried everything to make him go to bed, from reading stories to cuddles, but there was nothing to do: he was still jumping on his bed. And the jumpings were such energic and carefree that he started flowing up in the air, at some point. Just a few seconds, just enough for his parents to realise what he was doing, and then he was back on his bed, feeling really sleepy.
