September 8th is @Ophelia Northwell and Emily Shephard's birthday... So how will they both celebrate? By having a lil' joint get-together of course!

Ophelia and Emily invite you to the Room of Requirement to join them and enjoy some goofs, good times and prezzies!

IC date: September 8th 2024
OOC date: Sign-ups remain open until all guests have been approved.

Since this idea is quite big for a run-of-the-mill RP Request, we decided to post it here

OOC Information:

- There are only 10 slots available (IC = Ophelia and Emily prefer small gatherings rather than large parties.)
>> However: @Quinn Brook and @Scout Fu-Hai will be unconditionally invited as they are Ophelia and Emily's best friends respectively (Besties will always be invited no matter what eh? ) - This leaves room for 10 more to join.
>> Because we'd like to keep the event small, no one can unfortunately bring a "plus one" etc.

- Second Years and Higher are invited (more details below...)

- First Years cannot attend for IC reasons (It's right at the start of the new school year - First Years won't be attending an informal party hosted by students they don't know, especially only a week into the school year - it doesn't make much sense sowwy!).

- iNPCs cannot attend because this event is taking place during term time at Hogwarts.

- Those who have RP'd/Interacted with Ophelia and/or Emily will be accepted (Because they'll have IC history prior to the event).

- Those who don't know Ophelia and Emily but are in the middle of planning threads with either or and are Second Year+ might be considered;
>> (This event is made in mind that the guests already know the birthday girls, whether it's friendships, acquaintanceships, rivalries etc - while it can be assumed guests already know them "offscreen" without being in threads (small talk in class/passing each other in the corridors/same House etc) it's still a bit tricky to host a thread when partners haven't interacted with myself or Ophelia before and have no strong IC knowledge about them - any queries on this should be owled privately to the two of us if need be).

For those who meet the criteria but don't manage to secure a slot, they're free to owl Ophelia and/or Emily to do a private thread amongst themselves if they want (whether it's a one-off etc).

Any questions, Owl either Ophelia or myself and we'll do what we can to help!
