Exams were something of an enigma to the academically prodigious Astra. She had the confidence of someone who had been praised for her intelligence throughout her life, yet the stress of any child under such severe pressure. Studying felt redundant, but if she didn't do it, she would be in a frenzy until the dreaded (yet anticipated) day came.@Siobhan McCarty ∆ @Reginald Drake

Studying alone was not an option, and neither was studying with Roderick (he was bloody horrible at school). Astra usually sat down with her mum or Aunt Aces (she was pretty good at Muggle subjects for someone so far removed) or even Nico to pour over material and quiz herself on the preciously accumulated knowledge.
The search for a study buddy was short and terribly easy. Reginald Drake would be eager to practice spells and likely needed practice for flying exams and the bookwork for each class. So she caught him in the common room and coerced him into coming up to the study rooms (mainly by promising she would carry his books, honestly the boy had noodles for arms).
So now, after maintaining a pretty damn good Wingardiun Leviosa to get their things up here and setting them up at a table, Astra and Reggie were ready to work.
Maybe.
Astra flipped through her potions book, sighing at the boy across from her. The unrelated and bothersome question kept pouring out of this mouth. "Reggie, we're studying for our exams, not trying to learn how to cast while in a handstand." She looked pointedly at him, before writing down another review question.
"Reggie, can you not practice the fire spell in a room full of flammables."
"Yes, I'm quite certain it would be strange if we had hollow bones like birds. And what type of magic could turn our bones into bird bones?" Attempts such as these at salvaging the study goal failed miserably.
"If the next sentence that comes out of your mouth is unrelated to any of these-" and here she gestured to the textbooks splayed all over amidst the notes and pencils and quills, "-I'm going to push you out that window."
The questions the questions, so many bloody questions. And not only that! The constant mantra of "I'm locked in" was going to drive Astra Norrick up the wall. Every couple of minutes or so, the utterance would be thrown into the air and one of the cursed questions would follow within the next thirty seconds.
Thirty times in, the incessant tapping of her fingers stilled and she looked up completely from the scrawl of notes and review questions. "Say 'I'm locked in' one more time and you will be," she threatened, sleeping her fingers in front of her face after a quick temple rub to clear the incoming headache.
I'm confident you can deduce what happened next with the current scene: Astra shoving a likely laughing Reggie into the nearest broom closet. It wasn't particularly violent looking, more playful than anything. Even the annoyed Astra looked like she was just playing a game. And, well, she was able to let off some of her newfound frustration with this unusual action.

⋆˖⁺‧₊☽◯☾₊‧⁺˖⋆ "To love and be loved is to feel the sun from both sides"⋆˖⁺‧₊☽◯☾₊‧⁺˖⋆Siobhan hummed to herself as she entered the study rooms. She had been trying to study within the Gryffindor tower, and though she loved her housemates to a fault, they were quite literally animals when it came to studying and she couldn't be around them anymore before she attacked one of them like the lioness she was deep down. They were driving her crazy.
She didn't want to upset her head of house by accidentally throttling one of her housemates and she definetly didn't need an owl home to her parents. She was a pacifist and she was prepared to remain as such throughout her school career and in her professional life.
And nothing said peace and quiet like a study room where-
SLAM
The hell was that?
SLAM. SLAM. SLAM.
Ah- Well clearly this room was occupied. She looked deeper into the room and saw her friend Astra leaning her entire body weight against a door that was clearly trying to break open. She balked slightly but continued towards the bedlam, resigning herself to it as she placed her bag on the floor and removed her robe.
"Hello Astra- Door giving you trouble?" Siobhan asked as she joined her friend in leaning up the offensive contraption. Not that she minded a good keep the door closed game, she did have to wonder what exactly was inside the closet that Astra was dying to keep closed apparently.
She then heard the loud and unmistakenable laughter of an individual who owed her a dessert after stealing it from her at the ball.
"Reginald is that you?" Siobhan asked looking at Astra with confusion. She wasn't particularly keen on seeing this particular thorn in her side unless it meant he had dessert in his bag for her. She was still pissed the hell off that he had stolen it in front of her and A: refused to give it back, and B: called her a gorrilla for ACCIDENTALLY punching the other member of their little group that night. To be fair he was the real gorrilla, he had been wearing a gorilla mask when he spooked Siobhan and therefore had met the otherside of her right hook.
Again, completely accidetal. She had no idea what had compelled her to hit him other than the fact that he had spooked her completely.
Anywho- Back to the person in the closet
"I feel like whatever you've done with him and this door to the closet seems to be warranted." Siobhan mused as she heaved herself up against the door to help Astra.
