Hi. In this thread you can see if someone already found current one. Or you can search by yourself in every forum, except Ministry of Magic forums and your house common room.
Also, beans are changing every 6 hours. You can find it on forum page, right top corner near chains. Sometimes it might be harder to notice it, sometimes it will be obvious that there's colored oval shape near chains in one of the forums.

Hi! It just means you've missed it! They rotate every six hours - meaning new beans will pop up in a new location every six hours. But when you do eventually spot one in a location, just click on it! And it'll be added to your collection in your profile!

I searched everywhere a first year could access, looked at the top right of the forum and saw nothing. Where is the bean?

Ah gotcha! Sometimes there'll be a small chance (let's say 30% chance) that they'll pop up in a forum where we can't access; for example, one will pop up only for Headliner staff or who belong to a team and have separate access to a locker area.
