Slytherin VS Hufflepuff Round 1 The Sytherin vs Hufflepuff match takes place in the afternoon of 5th February 2023. It's a sunny and warm afternoon. Moderated by Gryffindor's second year Quidditch captain Pax Zhang, the two teams are ready to have a nice race. Slytherin, led by captain Dan Palmer and co-captain Tyranni Whitethorn, enters the pitch, as admirers claps and shouts behind them, waving green and silver flags. Hufflepuff, led by captain Quinn Healy, and co-captain Howard White enters the pitch after the Slytherins. Howard is definitely the best-known in the four captains, as he is also the Champion representing Hogwarts to compete in the Hexiwizard Tournament. The Hufflepuff team, just like the Slytherin one, enjoyed a wave of yelling and clapping. Then, with a whistle from Pax, the game begins! Immediately, Howard White, the Hogwarts Champion and Hufflepuff Chaser carries the quaffle towards Slytherin's poles. Koko Riddle, the Slytherin keeper fails to block the quaffle for she doesn't even seem to know what's happening-- Howard is too fast! Ten points to Hufflepuff! However, Howard is not stopping from just scoring one goal. Again and again, he uses the same method, and Koko, on the other hand seems not to know what is happening. Ten and ten and another ten points for Hufflepuff! By now, Hufflepuff 50, Slytherin 0. Hufflepuff audiences roared with excitement and cheers. Now let's look at the beaters. The Hufflepuff captain Quinn shot the Bludger at Slytherin six year--Erin Ryan. At her age, Erin is able to easily dodge it. As she passes the bludger to Slytherin's Cassandra Ironwoods, Cassandra sends the bludger towards Howard, hoping to hit him off, or at least injured. Howard, luckily, managed to swerve and escape from the hit. Young Hufflepuff beater, Rita Su catches the Bludger and aims it at Cassandra Ironwoods. Cassandra, without all that luck, gets hit on her stomach. She must be left feeling winded. Now, time to talk about the Seekers. The Slytherin Seeker seems to be not concentrating on the match, as he seems to be not even knowing what he should do. Meanwhile, the Hufflepuff seeker seems to be scanning the sky, but with no luck, doesn't manage to find it. As the first round ends, it's Slytherin 0, Hufflepuff 50.

Gryffindor VS Ravenclaw Round 1 The Ravenclaw vs Gryffindor match takes place at 9:00 a.m, February fifth, 2023. It is a sunny morning. The game is moderated by Slytherin captain Dan Palmer. First, here comes the Ravenclaw team, led by Captain Cecily Quinn and co-captain Sylvain Wylt. They have lost a game this semester, so let's see if they can turn it around. Personally, I noticed that two captains we have introduced's family name is Quinn. What a coincidence. And the Gryffindor team, led by captain Pax Zhang and co-captain Ethan Smith. Pax Zhang is new to being a captain, but let's just expect her wonderful performance. Similarly, the Gryffindor team has just lost a game. Let's see which team will turn it around. Soon, round 1 ends, and let's see how the team members performed. It's strange, that as the match begins, the Ravenclaws aren't moving. Strange indeed. As we said before, the Ravenclaws aren't moving. As the Ravenclaw psts aren't guarded, the two Gryffindor chasers fights over the quaffle. Jay scores, then Haley, then Jay, the Haley again... what happens? As for the Ravenclaw beaters, they aren't moving either, but the Gryffindors are. The two beaters each aimed at the Ravenclaw captain Cecily, but, none of them succeed. Strange, very strange. The Ravenclaw seeker isn't moving either. The gryffindor seeker is, but unfortunately, he doesn't find it. As Round 1 ends, it's Gryffindor 50 v.s Ravenclaw 0

Duelling Column

Match 1: Ravenclaw vs Gryffindor Match one of Stage three will be between Gryffindor and Ravenclaw. The members of the Gryffindor team are second year Taizu Myashiro and first year Amaris Levine. As for the Ravenclaw team members, they are Ravenclaw Second year prefect Beatrice Langstreth and First year Oliver Brown. The match will be moderated by Hufflepuff First year Quidditch player and duelling co-captain Alma Stoll. (This match is not finished, We will report more about this in later issues, thank you)

Match 2: Hufflepuff vs Slytherin Match 2 of stage 3 will be between the badgers and the snakes. It is moderated by Writer and Ravenclaw Duelling Co-captain Adelaide Barlowe. On the Hufflepuff team, there are Nessie Swansea, Year 2 and Year 1 Aurora Griffith. On the Slytheirn Team, we can see Year 2 Pea Elena Fowl and Year 1 Slytherin prefect Avery Leveret. In the first round, Aurora casts Curse of Bogies at Avery, but sadly, she missed. Pea Elena casts the Disarming charm Expelliarmus at Nessie Swansea, but missed as well. Nessie was too nervous perhaps, and failed to do any action. Avery casts a Knockback Jinx at Aurora, he became the only who succeed. Poor Aurora.

Match 3: Gryffindor vs Slytherin The third match of the third stage between lions and snakes! Moderated by Hufflepuff duelling co-captain Julian Pritchard. For lions, we have Regina Miller, third year and Asher Blackjack, first year . As for snakes, we have Monica Evans, second year and Guinevere Russetwood, also second year. (Round 1 hasn't finish. Please stay tuned for future reports)

Match 4: Hufflepuff vs Ravenclaw Final match in today's newspaper! This match 4 of stage three is moderated by Cassandra Ironwoods. We have Logan Baird, year 4 and AngelFrye McCubbin year 2 as our cute badgers, and for eagles, we have Samantha Salwis, Year 3 and Adelaide Barlowe, Year two. (The first round wasn't finished.
