Fair Thee Well
Hey everyone, this thread does not come lightheartedly and I have been thinking about this for many months as to whether it should be the decision or not. I started by lessening my responsibilities on site to boost my creativity for writing here and bring back the joy I once held here. Sadly, this did not help, so I have decided to leave Hio after my current duel.
I cannot promise to return, nor can I say for sure that I will stay away forever. The answer, for now, remains that I do not know what the future will hold. While I have not been very active in discord for the past year on this particular Discord server, I will remain on the server for now. I am always reachable via discord for those that wish to keep in touch.
Whether I come back or not, I will always treasure the lifelong friends I have made here. Some of the people I have met here are the most genuine and heartwarming, and I wouldn’t change that for the world. I am honored to carry them in my life as friends. Unfortunately, the atmosphere has been spoiled for me by the actions of one. If there is one thing, I learned, you can’t heal where you were harmed.
So, thank you, friends, for the beautiful 4 years I was able to share here with you. I wish you all the best in your future endeavors, and I hope hio continues to thrive and be a beautiful place for others.

Thank you for everything San. When I first joined you were one of the first people that happily RPed with me. Since then, we have developed a close friendship that goes beyond HIO as a whole. That's why I've always considered you a gem, a person who is genuinely kind and caring to other people.
