➤Traits Description:

Starting off with her more positive traits, Flora is a kind girl that’s usually very calming and thoughtful. She’s usually careful and considerate whilst doing things, and despite the fact that she may be indecisive at times, once she’s certain of a decision she’ll be very determined. Yet, she still stays neutral in most decisions as well, but she may become stubborn within some of her decisions sometimes. Also, the pure-blood is very protective of her close friends and family members, and she was taught to be well-mannered ever since she was born.

Also, Flora can be seen as an actress at some points. Being introverted and quiet, as well as taught in an extremely strict environment, Flora hardly shows her real emotions and are known to not open up to others easily. She’s also a perfectionist, wishing the best in everything she does. And she is prideful as well, for who she represents, like her family’s name, and being a Slytherin, when she was sorted into the house. It may leads her to become arrogant sometimes though.

Lastly, Flora is not confident enough in herself, and is quite a scaredy-cat. Her emotions may be fragile every once in a while when it’s way too stressful for her. She’s also easily offended too, and can be mean and impatient if she’s really unhappy at the moment or despises you. Even though unsure, but she may also be manipulative at some times…

Flora may not be the cleverest amongst her peers, she is believed to be intelligent and, even though not talented, a quick-thinker and learner. Although she seemed quite bright, often does she have dark thoughts due to the scary, horror stories she had been taught about. Flora can be seemed more mature for her age due to how she acts, and she’s definitely not a rule-breaker, too, although she still has a playful side. Also, besides being an introvert, she warms up to others easily and can become from shy to cheerful within a moment if she’s comfortable with you enough.

Profile—History

➤Background:

Flora was born into a pure-blood family that’s not that popular, but still, very rich, as it owned vast businesses. Born to Sol Harrison, her father and the CEO of a company about basically every kind of potion ingredients, all kinds of common and rare. Elliot Gorgon, her mother, an auror, Flora has a younger sister named Dahlia Harrison, and a pair of older siblings, one named Cassandra Harrison and the other named Aegis Harrison. Flora was the third and middle child of the family. The two older than her are twins, whereas both Flora and Dahlia are born on their own. Her parents are madly strict with their children, and everything they can control, stopping Flora and her siblings from touching anything they shouldn’t be, like muggles, black-magic, and such. They never tried to disobey their parents, and were smart to know not to ever since they’re born.

Also, Flora’s parents never spoiled them much. If you want something, earn it with your own power— That’s what they always said. Flora and her siblings had to do everything they can to get something they want, even a small treat. Sometimes they just have to finish homework or clean their room, other times they may have to prove their worthiness. It was something that made Flora’s life harder, but she knew that her parents were strict for them to become good out there. Despite of that, she still found it tiring to always follows rules, just like the rest of her siblings. Yet, they still did nothing.

Flora’s parents are the most strict on their studies and manners, wishing them to be someone with success and accomplishments in the future. Despite of that, it’s still Cassandra that’s probably gonna inherit the company, as she’s the one that Sol puts the most hope into, being his favourite child. And with Aegis and Dahlia being Elliot’s favourite child, Flora wasn’t the favourite and was mostly blame of a bunch of things her siblings did, mostly Dahlia’s. Her relationships with her older siblings aren’t much better either— They despised her and she dislike them, as Aegis and Cassandra thought she’s way too clever than them and may steal the love from their parents, and have better success. Fortunately, though, Dahlia still loved her much, and they were very close to each other.

➤First Instance of Magic:

When Flora was nine years old, she was playing outside in the back garden of the mansion with her younger sister, Dahlia. It was one of the rare times when she was having real fun with no one to stop her. The freedom she had every once in a very long while. All was good before Dahlia tripped though— A trip that may lead to fatal injuries, or perhaps even death. About to bump head straight into a stone besides her, Flora was panicking as her sister falls. Magically, a miracle happened. Her sister did not fall. Instead, she landed softly on the ground besides the stone. Both of them were surprised, as well as Flora’s parents, who were about to come and get them. They were proud that Flora had had her first instance of magic, and Dahlia was extremely thankful to her. Unfortunately, it doesn’t mean extra freedom or presents or anything to Flora. Instead, her parents became stricter on her, especially her knowledge in magic. They had her reading books and books of magic everyday so she can be at least a bit familiar with magic, despite how she may not be able to understand at first, as, she’s still a newbie with no experience in magic.

Snallygaster heartstring

”Those witches and wizards chosen by Snallygaster wands are well known for their speed, both in casting spells as well as in physical activities. They often excel in sports, especially those that rely on speed and mobility.

As a wand core Snallygaster heartstring behaves similar to Dragon heartstring with the difference that it lacks the aggressiveness most dragon cores display. Being not quite dragon and not quite bird, Snallygaster heartstring makes for wands that are powerful but of a warm nature and have a penchant for casting defensive spells. They some of the wands that vary the most in personality and will only bond to the one person who matches their character, though all Snallygaster wands prefer curious owners.

It is said that those paired with wands made from Snallygaster heartstring are hard to surprise and can never be caught unaware from behind. While there is no tangible proof of the latter, wands with a Snallygaster core do have a soft spot for those who are in control of their emotions and very self-aware.

Effect:
When an ally (defined at the start of the thread) is below half of their maximum health, the owner of this wand gains a stacking +1 to their accuracy. This bonus to their accuracy applies to all spells cast at non-allies, which are animate beings (you can't gain a +1 accuracy against your termed "ally" target that you have been attacking for those rules lawyers). This caps at +5 accuracy.”

Sol Harrison — Flora may not like her father much, due to most of her punishments and strictness of the family came from him, yet she still loved him as a family.

Mother:

Elliot Gorgon — Flora liked her more than Sol, and also loved her. She is strict, yes, like Sol, and yet she knows when to become softer. She may have liked the older sibling more, but she still treated them all fairly.

Siblings:

Cassandra Harrison — Flora despises her, and she despises Flora. Cassandra isn’t that spoiled, but she is demanding and too arrogant, always boasting about her status in her family and inheriting the family company.

Aegis Harrison — Flora dislikes him, and he doesn’t like her, as he’s jealous of her being smarter than him. But alas, he is also good to have a conversation with if they let go of past grudges.

Dahlia Harrison — Flora loved Dahlia the most, probably. The youngest sibling is sweet and smart, always tinkering with things and playing. They probably have the best relationships within the family.
