Beatrice sat in the Study Room half asleep. She had a free period that day and spend it here, trying to get everything they learned into her head. Her school robes were hanging over the back of her chair, books and parchment paper scattered across the table she was sitting at. A few ink spots on her fingers stained the parchment paper she was currently holding, re-reading her notes from Herbology. It was her favorite subject and not hard to learn but she still had to study, not daring to forget something.
She went from an uncomfortable position into a stretch, still sitting on her chair but raising her arms a over her head. She heard a few bones crack and shift back into place. After her free period she still had Charms, which she also liked. Beatrice actually liked all the subjects, the only problem she had was that even tho she tried her best, sometimes her thoughts wandered off in class. No matter how interesting the subject was.
Beatrice looked at her watch and froze. She could hear the other Students walking through the halls, realizing how late it was. She jumped up, grabbing all her things and throwing on her robe before starting to walk out of the study room. While walking, she still managed to pack all of her things into her bag. Beatrice still had to get to the other side of the castle and she certainly didn't want to be late. Hurrying out the door, she didn't realize there was someone walking directly in front of her. She ran into the Persons back, gladly not falling or causing the other person to trip.
»Sorry!« This simple word left her mouth so quickly that she was already on her way to continue walking, not thinking anything else was required. Not until that certain someone grabbed her arm. She looked up at the much taller and most likely older boy in shock, meeting his piercing eyes.Word Count: 331@Damion White

OOC Note: Permission to make Damion grab Beatrice's arm was granted beforehand.

Why? Or How had Damion ended up in the corridors? He had not thought much about anything… He was a little lost in his own thoughts. He didn’t know what to think about… Kim or his studies. A part of wanted to keep all his thoughts inside him about the younger boy. He didn’t know why he was still so… well you get the idea. He had had his first kiss with him and now it had him all lovey-dovey with the boy. Anyways, he shook his head as he let the thought pass him by. He didn’t want to keep thinking about Kim. He had other things to think about. But how could he not think of Kim… He sighed.
Damion was just walking around the corridors thinking about well you know who. He couldn’t stop thinking about him. How much he loved Kim’s blue eyes and black hair… ooh… Anyways, he needed to think about something else. He couldn’t have his mind be thinking of Kim- irrespective of how much Damion really liked the guy. Anyways he shook his head to get Kim out of his mind for now. He had a book that he was more interested in reading. He put his foot on the wall and started reading it.
Damion was lost in the pages of his favorite book. The book took him to a wonderful place of Crema. Yes he was reading Call Me By Your Name. He tucked his bookmark on the page where he was reading and put the book away his bag before he started to walk away. Oh Sugar Honey Iced Ted! He was getting late for his class. He started walking towards his class when he felt someone run into his back. He turned his head to that person with a frown on his face. Oh! It was a younger girl. Probably a first year! But that didn’t give her the right to just run into him now did it?
Damion had not heard her say sorry. So he didn’t have any option but to grab her hand in his and turn so he could look at her. “I think you missed saying you were sorry for literally running into me.” He said looking at her with his piercing hazel eyes. “Are you so blind in rush to get to wherever you were going that you didn’t see me?” He asked. He knew he was being a little too harsh but oh well she needed to hear it he thought.

“I think you missed saying you were sorry for literally running into me.” The boy said looking straight into her eyes. Beatrice frowned, anger already creeping up in her. When he continued, she already had the reply sitting on her lips. “Are you so blind in rush to get to wherever you were going that you didn’t see me?” his voice didn't sound particularly nice and Beatrice was in no mood to let anyone just waltz over her like that. Beatrice scoffed, not completely believing what she was hearing. She ripped her arm free from the older boy, an angered expression filling her face.
»Excuse me?! I did say sorry, it's not my fault if you're too distracted to hear it!« she said with a strong voice. Many people were surprised when Beatrice reacted like this, not expecting an 11 year old girl to talk this way. Usually she would have reacted more calm but since she wasn't at home, Beatrice felt like she was finally able to say what she thought and give her anger space to explode right out.»Besides, I didn't push you or hurt you in any way, I barely actually touched you Mister. It's awful how you guys in the upper years think you can walk the halls like you own them, not even looking for someone that might walk faster or that's smaller than you. Maybe you walked right into my way, did you think of that, huh?« Beatrice knew she was overreacting a little. Or maybe a lot. She huffed and stared at the boy. Getting to class had been pushed to the back of her mind and she was trying to calm down as her gaze fluttered from person to person. Lot's of other people were running through the halls, trying to get to where ever they needed to go.
She took a deep breath, trying to gather her feelings and push them back down. In reality there had been no reason to snap at this boy the way she did. In... Out... she told herself, not sure where to look. Her gaze jumped back to the guy.
»Are you going to say something?« Beatrice had calmed down enough to not have anger in her voice but she still sounded rude. That was one thing she hated. She always sounded like her Father in these kind of moments.
»'Cause if you aren't then I'm going to leave and get to my class.« her gaze met the boy's again and Beatrice started feeling more and more anxious about actually missing class. She hadn't ever done that and she was certainly sure that she was going to get in trouble if she actually did.Word Count: 450@Damion White

Damion groaned out loudly as he held her arm in his hand. She was not going anywhere until he heard her apologize. Just because she was soft spoken, or so he thought, didn’t mean that she was going to get away from not apologizing to him. His voice was laced with anger… He was angry at her for bumping into him and not having the audacity to apologize to him. He rolled his eyes very visibly when he heard her scoff. He let go of her hand and shook his head. He was not liking her attitude at all.
Damion looked at the younger girl who was talking to him. "I am too distracted to hear your apology miss." He said in an angered tone. He was a little surprised at how she was speaking to him. "Just because you have your head in clouds and you think that you apologized doesn’t mean that you actually did it." Damion said looking at her as he crossed his arms across his chest. "Well I know exactly what you did and you should say you’re sorry when you bump into someone. Or do you just go about bumping into people without saying sorry to them." He said. "It’s not the matter of me being older than you, miss, it’s about how you are acting like a spoilt kid who doesn’t want to accept that she maybe wrong and say sorry." He said looking at her. "Didn’t your parents ever teach you manners?" He said looking at her. "How hard is saying ‘I am sorry’? Huh? " He said unless she was a proud little girl. "Does it hurt your pride to say those three words?" Damion said not sure if what he was saying was going to have an adverse effect.
Damion watched the younger girl as she was trying to calm herself. Oh well! He was not going to say anything to disturb that was he now. He looked at her with a frown as he heard her speak. "What am I supposed to say? I am not the one who bumped into you." He said looking at her. He wrapped his hands around his chest and looked at her. "You can go once you say you’re sorry. We can be on our merry way and wouldn’t have to interact again." He scoffed looking at her. He was really pissed at her but he was not sure if he was going to hear an end to what he might have said. He might have been a little too harsh on the young girl.

@Damion WhiteBeatrice leaves threadBeatrice listened as the older boy went on about how three simple words would not hurt her. The problem she had with this, was that she had said sorry. Beatrice was a person that did not like to repeat herself. Especially not to someone who was clearly in the wrong. He kept calling her 'Miss' like she was a stupid ignorant child that couldn't admit her mistakes. Deep down, Beatrice knew that this was an absolute silly reason to fight over but she had been annoyed enough to get angry and now the older Ravenclaw boy was angry as well. An annoyed groan escaped her lips as he spoke and her eyes rolled in the same annoyed manner. Copying his body language, Beatrice crossed her arms over her chest and stared at him. Her expression was a mix of annoyance and boredom. »It does not hurt my pride to say sorry, which is why I said sorry to you when I ran into you Mister.« Beatrice chewed on her bottom lip and pulled her eyebrows together as she listened. Anyone that would have looked at her, would have seen that she indeed looked like an ignorant child in that moment. Even tho he said that he wasn't the one that bumped into her, Beatrice saw the whole thing a little different. In her eyes, he had been the one to just straight up run into her way with his slow walk and make her run into him. To be fair, she hadn't seen it like that in the beginning of their conversation but now she did see it like that. However, she wished for this to finally be over. The boy scoffed and Beatrice wanted to explode again but she held it in, her hand twitching into a fist before relaxing again. She took a deep breath. »Fine, this was my fault and I am sorry.« she said then, visibly not happy about this. She wasn't the one that had to apologize. »Happy now?!« She sent him one last glare before starting to fastly walk past him and then she started running to her class. Goodness, what a shitty interaction that had been.
