So I checked all the forums and couldn't find any beans in the castle. Are they only in the castle? Do you have to check the different pages? If anyone could tell me, I would be really grateful.

Hello there!

There is always a bean in one location on-site. That location changes daily, and it can be anywhere. Sometimes it will be in the castle, sometimes it will be elsewhere. Some days it may even be in an area that you cannot access (such as in an area restricted to a certain house).
Finding the beans often does require simply clicking through the site until you stumble upon them.

A bit of clarification:

There will be a different bean every 6 hours, Paris, France time, making a total of 4 beans a day you could potentially find. They will not be in a house common room, encyclopedia page, Ministry of Magic (nor special pages like the courses and profiles), but they might be in areas restricted to your year, gendered bathrooms, or a staff-only area. In this case you may have to wait until the next 6 hours to check back in.

If the forum has subforums, i.e The Shelves being a subforum of the Library and Letters being a subforum of the Owlery, you should also check the subforums because beans can be found in those as well. You do not have to check the different pages. The bean will be visible on pg 1.

The beans are small in size and found near the top of the forum. Sometimes they may be a bit transparent and blend in with the background depending on the color/flavour.

You cannot receive or donate them like you can Chocolate Frog Cards, so the only way to fill your collection is by finding them. You may communicate with peers. Good luck!
