Foods that have yeast and sugar (lactose has sugar in it btw which I didn't know 👀) I can't eat. Also I can't have mayo, lemon (unless it's just a tsp to flavor), tomato products, carbonated beverages or cumin (I'm assuming it's cumin that destroys me as the pre-bought curry powder destroyed me).

Cheese and all other dairy products I can't eat because it has lactose/sugar or yeast in them.
Eggs I can have though.

I knew that lactose had sugar in it because those sugars are similar to the ones in gluten, both of which my brother is allergic to!
