Stupid throat problem and slight ear pain now. I don't know if it's from the mouth condition or the tooth infection. So now I have another lovely problem.

You dont get ear pain from the mouth thing. The tooth thing however, possible. The Z pak should have kept that infection at bay so it did not spread there. Amoxicillin would be the usual for an ear infection, alternatively Cipro. I know your provider moved and you wont be seeing your new provider in a presumed new office until Nov. You might be able to make a sick appointment (those are scheduled differently) at the office of your former provider.
