I know two fluently. Taking Spanish II at school, and learning Welsh atm.

So- in the future- will have learned
1) English (fluent, first language)
2) ASL (american sign language, Fluent, Second language)
3) Spanish (learning atm)
4) Welsh (learning atm)
5) Scottish Gaelic (on my to-do list)
6) German (started, but not finished. Also on my to-do list.)

Languages... Lets see... I'm learning: ASL, Greek (ancient form of it, BTW), Latin, French, and Hebrew. I currently know Spanish, Japanese, English (surprisingly my second language), and German (first language).
