Zach has a job that keeps him very busy in real life. As a result of that, he hardly has the time to be online on Hio, let alone implement changes (like site mechanics we would like to add). Owling him means a) it's likely he won't see your owl for a while, b) if it isn't directly related to the coding of the site he probably won't be able to help you, c) I don't know if he will have the time to answer at all.

He loves feedback from all the players. Gris said not to owl him not because we don't want people to interact with him, but because it is a lot more efficient if you ask an active moderator or admin.

there are open positions, if a prefect leaves there will be others so beware, this will be posted in your common room (i think I'm not sure) Hope this helps!

When it comes to getting your encyclopedia in the index, do they find it in characters are do you have to give it to them some way like a thread or owl?
