I hope you feel better soon. Maybe try to hold you wrists under cold water. That sometimes eases headaches a bit because most likely there's a lot of blood currently going in to your head and when you put your wrists under cold water, the blood starts to circulate again. But it doesn't always help. Just a tip.(Also, drink a lot of water and maybe get some sleep or take a small nap.)
