@Irina Sousa I think Tai need to meet @Kim Sato too! She knows of him and she needs to know the guy she is shipping with @Bailey Glade if you guys are up for it maybe @Colin McCoire and Bailey can be hanging out with Nina and I and we run into Kim!

I've been on hio for almost three years now and I have seen my fair share of comes and goes during that time.
When I started, I've already had almost 5 years of rpg experience and Opeila was actually an old character of mine that I never thought I'd use again. I was familiar with her and developed her into an entirely different person during my time here. The mistakes we make with our characters are in most cases something that we can work with IC very well. For me I made Opeila a lot more self centered in the beginning than I realized, which she kept being called out for by Jack Burnett. That resulted in her actively trying to be more considerate, which ended with her being meddlesome and always kinda in other people's business.
Now she's finally trying not to fit any ideal but to use her common sense, standing her ground more often.
Those are developments that imo make a lot of sense for children that come from "mistakes" by the writer.
But with hio going in real time, I can understand why especially younger people lack the patience to wait for years for their character to have a development that makes sense. I grew to love Opeila but I understand why others would find it difficult to connect.

aurelia kinda acted like a literal 11-12 year old when i started out. i didn't quite establish a personality for her until months later. when she started becoming a drama queen, gossiping and stuff and her rivalry with emma hill (milanes)
