A boy with brown hair and amber, pearly eyes. A boyish face hides his true, mature and caring nature.
A loyal friend to the end, Kenneth strongly believes in the ideal of trust. He would always be loyal and trusting of those who treat him kindly to the end. Kenneth would not actively make any enemies, and he would befriend even the weirdest person. However, this is more so that he can use the person for his own good than to truely be friends with them. However, he also holds his "True Friends" which are made in times of hardship in VERY hish esteem. He is also very loyal to his family.
Kenneth grew up in a muggle style environment, with his step-father not revealing his true nature of being a wizard. He grew up with radios and was enrolled into a muggle elementary school. It was not till he was 10 when he performed his first act of unintentional magic that his adoptive mother learned about the wizarding world, and was also the time whenn Kenneth recieved a private tutor from the majical world. He has since remained massively invested in magic even when he could not use it.
Eventually, he will both desire power and will also understand the cost of attaining the power and manifest the quote of "Power is a blessing and a curse. It often requires giving up a part of yourself in order to obtain it."
His family was mercilessly slaughtered by a dark wizard when he was 6 and he was spared as aurors nearby had heard the commotion when they heard the dark wizards running after him after finishing off his parents, which probably spared him much torture and eventual death. and has been raised by a his uncle (Pure blood) and step-aunt (muggle) that adopted him. His family consists of his father, mother, his step-sister and himself. He has always cherished and loved this new family. His first instance of magic was an aqua coloured orb which was created when he was chasing a rat that ate his snack that he was saving for dinner later. He angrily extended his palm at an attempt to catch the rat. However, an orb suddenly matrialised in his palm and blasted forward, making a small crater into the living room wall. This was celebrated as a great achievement for Kenneth but he was also sternly warned to not ever do that again by his parents. He has since been thinking about this power of his, looking forward to attending Hogwarts, which his father always talks so fondly about.

Born on May 30, 2013, Clarke learned the ways of the wizarding world from a young age. Both her father and mother worked at the Ministry of Magic in the Department of International Magical Cooperation and her 18 year old brother, Tripp, started working in the Department of Magical Accidents and Catastrophes in 2025. Her friends, Oriole and Aven, both live in Dublin and they have all been friends from a young age. Clarke's home life is a little bit unusual. Her parents try to spend time with her but since they both have a lot of work with the Ministry, they get Tripp to take care of her when she is not at school. She lives in a small, cozy house in the middle of town which causes a little bit of effort to prevent the muggles from noticing anything strange coming from her house. She went to a prep school in Dublin where she learned to read, write, and do basic math and this is also where she met her friends. She likes to watch Quidditch games. Clarke has always loved reading, writing, and making art. She used to find things around the house and make something out of it for a birthday present or a thank you gift to her family and friends. She had a a cat growing up and would get her into trouble sometimes. Unfortunately, her cat passed away from old age and she hasn't been able to get a new cat yet.

Clarke, at the age of 9, was hanging out with her friends in the forest nearby when she thought she saw a lynx in the bushes. She was so scared that she lighted the bushes on fire without thinking about it. At first, the girls were frightened, but when they realized it was her first instance of magic, they were super excited.

Rusty was born and raised in the wizarding world. He grew up living in the most prestigious wizarding family in all the wizarding work. Rusty was proud to be a Singer. All his life, his mother and father told him to keep his head high. He was the future of the Singers legacy after all. The wizarding world has changed. Wizards have decided to marry and have children with muggles. Non magic folk are to join the wizarding world. This was not okay. Rusty's parents always told him the most valuable part of the Singer family legacy was their blood. There was not a drop of muggle blood in the family's history. And Rusty intended to keep it that way. He always thought of his parents as correct. It was correct to be pureblood and it was correct to despise muggle borns! Rusty loved his parents very much and knew they loved him. But one day, tragedy struck. Rusty's parents had gone away for a trip to Egypt, when they never came home. It was all over the papers. Where did the Singer parents go? They went completely missing. There was a search for a few months but eventually, the world moved on. Rusty was 10 when this happened. His sister, Mary Anne, was 9. Rusty and Mary Anne moved to their Grandfather's house. They were told they would be safe there, but unfortunately, this was wrong. At first Rusty's grandfather had been very helpful, but then he became ill. He still took care of the children, but often would need help from doctors. While the doctors were assisting him, Rusty had to take over caring for his sister. Thankfully, one of the doctors named Dr. Shirley helped. Dr. Shirley would cook meals for the two children, help with buying new clothes as they got older, and kept them company, all while assisting papa at the same time. Rusty's childhood was taken away from him to soon. So when his letter from Hogwarts came, he didn't jump up and down like most other eleven year olds probably did. He only put on a brave face and told himself he would do whatever he could to maintain the Singer's legacy at school. He would study hard, and make straight Os, just like his father and mother. He would make them proud.

Rusty and his younger sister Mary Anne were running around their old mansion. Mary Anne was 4, and Rusty was 5. Before their parents went missing, they got to live in a huge mansion! They would run up and down the many stairs, jump on the couches, and climb the walls outside the mansion. One day, while they were doing there usual shenanigans, Mary Anne tripped at the top of the stairs and almost fell over down the stair. It was like time had stopped. Rusty screamed and ran towards Mary Anne. But without even touching her, he lifting Mary Anne into the sky before she could fall down the stairs. Rusty almost dropped her as he ran screaming to his parents that he had his first magic! He was DEFINATELY going to go to Hogwarts now! Rusty was going to make his family proud.

Raya is quite close both with her mother and father, but more so her father. She's quite bright and loves to tinker with her father, who works as a tinkerer, fixing magical objects and coming up with new inventions. Her mother is a broadcaster, and works on the radio and sometimes as an actress in plays. Her family is not incredibly rich as her father is the youngest of 5, but they are decently well off, and live in a small town in England.
Since her father and mother both work, they weren't able to home school her like most wizards are before they go to Hogwarts, they instead sent her to a Young Wizards Daycare/Academy which was similar to a muggle elementary school wherein she learned her basic math, reading/writing, and science skills needed for her time in Hogwarts.
She always felt disconnected from her peers at the daycare, often opting to watch games from the sidelines or wander off by herself (which her teachers did not appreciate). Due to nudges from her teachers due to her behavior at the daycare, her parents eventually took her to see a psychologist, who diagnosed her with autism.
The forest was a comforting place for her, and she would often adventure in there to play, or just sit in relax with the sounds of the animals around her. She felt as though she could feel the magic flowing through the trees, even though she couldn't harness that power yet.

Raya's first instance with magic was when she was 7, and playing in the woods behind her house. As she was running about, a group of deer suddenly ran towards her, running away from a fox behind them. In her panic, squeezed her eyes shut and braced for the impact of the deer hitting her, but instead when she opened her eyes she found herself hovering just a hair above the deer. She was terrified looking down on them, her body brushing against their antlers and their fur as they jumped about, after a moment of waving her arms and legs about in panic she fell to the ground. Luckily, since she only a foot or two off the ground, she was not majorly injured from the fall and was able to limp home, with only some small cuts on her leg from a rock she fell on top of.

Elena was lucky enough to grow up in a loving family, surrounded by both her parents as well as many animals ; indeed, her dad, a muggle, is a farmer, and Elena grew up in his small farm just outside Edinburgh, in the small hamlet of Hillend.
She inherited her optimism from her father, Joshua, as well as her love for animals. On the other hand, her mother, Elisabeth, always taught her to do her very best, and gave her her creativity and sense of adventure, as well as her lucious red hair. She probably gets her clumsiness from her life-long bestfriend : her golden retriever, Toby.
As for school, she was home-schooled and learned the basics of muggle knowledge, such as reading, writing and counting, from her dad, and a little bit of history of magic from her mother.
Anyway, Elena could not be more grateful for the environment she grew up in. Maybe the only thing lacking in her childhood is a true friendship : she did make a few friends here and there but appart from her dog she did not build any meaningful relationship.
Elena always knew she would be a witch as it was not a secret that her mother, Elisabeth, was a witch herself, although she only used her magic for houshold chores and to help on the farm.
The little girl was still confused and amused when, two days before her tenth birthday, she tried her favorite sweater and watch it grow bigger and bigger, so much that in the end you could barely see her red hair stick out from the pile of green wool. Fortunately she was alone in her room that day and her mom knew a spell that made the sweater back to its original size. Since then Elena produced a few little magical incidents, mostly when she was too excited, but nothing dramatic.

Drayden was born in Boston Massachusetts, in the United States of America. His father was Lawrence Matthews and his mother was Rebecca Matthews, and they had 1 older child, Ashley, who was Drayden’s older sister who was 5 years older than him. Drayden and Ashley were both half American and half Irish, as their mother, Rebecca was from Ireland. Drayden and his sister lived normal lives, going to school, getting into mischief and hanging with friends like any other kids would do at their age.
Drayden got into scuffles from time to time with other kids, as he often made them look bad when he put his brain to things and thought more outside the box. Drayden tried his best to talk his way out, but more times than not, this wasn't the case and he had to throw a few punches from time to time. This often got him in trouble, but most of the time the teachers or whoever knew him and often told him that his brains shouldn't be ruined by his muscles, like other kids were doing.
When Drayden was 10, his family made the decision to move to Ireland, in order to help with their sick grandmother, after their grandfather had passed. Drayden was upset about the move and didn't want to go, and tried his best to get his family to stay, because he didn't wanna lose his friends, but alas, he was unable to stop them from making the move and soon, he found himself in Dublin Ireland. He didn’t really feel like he fit in with the other kids, but he tried his best to fit in the best he could.
One day a couple weeks after moving, Drayden was just walking around the streets, still feeling like somewhat of an outcast of sorts, but trying to make the best of things, he decided to walk out to a cliff, where he started to toss rocks out into the water below him. He was still somewhat upset about the move, so he was throwing kind of angrily. He lost his footing and slipped. He tried to catch himself, but he was unable to do so and went over the side of the cliff. He was falling, and was bracing himself, when all of a sudden, in a flash he was back at the top of the cliff where he stood before. Drayden didn’t know what happened or how to explain it, maybe he was having a daydream or just imagined it. He kept this instance to himself, as he was unsure of what to even say happened.
About 2 months later, he turned 11 and received a letter in the mail from someplace called Hogwarts. He read it over, but threw it away, as he thought it was one of the local kids giving him a hard time. Then the next day he received another, and he did the same thing of tossing it out. This happened for about a week or so before someone came and personally delivered the letter. They informed Drayden, and his family about the MAgical World and what Hogwarts was, showing them proof it was legit. Drayden didn't know at first what he wanted to do, but eventually decided to attend Hogwarts.
After shopping at Diagon Alley with his parents in order to get the required school supplies. He gave everyone a hug goodbye before boarding the Hogwarts Express. There he looked around for a compartment and sat in one with a couple other students in it, and hoped for the best as he began his Hogwarts journey.

- About your character's First Instance of Magic: Teleportation is a very advanced magic and does not work for a first instance of accidental magic. It takes a lot of energy and magic to teleport. The first instance of magic happens when magic is beginning to surface so it's not that strong that would allow for such advanced form of magic. Linnéa is Swedish, born and raised in Sweden until she was seven. Her mom, Anita, is a Swedish witch, and her dad, Stefan, is an English wizard. She also has an older brother, Emil, who has since long graduated, and currently lives his life backpacking in Asia with his girlfriend. The family moved to England when her dad got a job at the Ministry of Magic. Her mother has been a stay-at-home wife since the birth of Linnéas older brother. Before enrolling in Hogwarts, she was homeschooled. Their home has always been billingual, so while the language came naturally, the biggest challenge was trying to find her place socially in a new culture, country and city.
Her first friend in England was a half-blood boy in her age, Caspian Proudmore, son to one of her dad's minstry coworkers. His mother is a muggle woman, and it's through this contact that Linnéa and her family learned more about muggle culture.
Linnéa found muggle activites to be faschinating, and her parents let her enroll in dance classes, figure skating and horse lessons. As long as she don't mention anything about magic, of course. But thanks to Caspian and his mother, who adores Linnéa, she learned to blend in. Those things has become somewhat of a passion. His Veela heritage would explain why people tend to be(even more so when he's older) obsessed and enamored with his appearace. It's a running joke that his dad is married to someone new every 6 months. The ladies are always nice, but he never gets too close to them since they never stay that long anyway.

Character Backstory: Melinoe Grew up In Bath, England. Their Father, Ouranos Atlas is a writer and her mom, Alani Atlas is an artist and Manages Events and Art Galleries. Her father who is her magic side, watched his sister die in the Second Wizarding War. After that he separated himself from his magic side and fell in love with Alani. He kept his Magic a secret from Meli until she turned 6, when she lifted and caused everything to fall in his office. He showed her the magic world and discovered they have Metamorphmagus like he does. Melinoe loved using this and her curiosity made her replicate people from old films and tv. Their family also traveled a lot for Her Mothers job and Meli's hunger for knowledge continued. By 8 Meli was to be considered a teacher's pet and caused people to not want to be their friend. This caused her anxiety to grow. Then she turned nine and with the fear of going back to the Magic world her father forbids her for using her magic, he looked very frightened, and It made Meli scared and not use her magic often. Her anxiety continued to grow and her love for learning stopped a bit. But when they got the letter to Hogwarts, she was a little curious. Maybe she would be able to find out why Her father is so anxious or why he left. Or maybe things will go right and instead she'll actually make friends.

Felix was born in Belfast, Ireland, to Albert Smith and Alyssa Mendoza-Smith. He has one younger sibling, Tricia Smith, who is 7. He has a happy family life, enjoying both the wizarding world and the muggle world. His mother, Alyssa, a muggleborn, would resort to a more muggle life in their house. At first, Albert, his father, was not so tolerant with how Alyssa would always recommend to enjoy the life of a muggle, but eventually and surprisingly, Albert would always resort to the simplicity of the muggle life. Being a pureblood in his entire life, he never thought that the muggle life would be so simple yet there was something majestic about it. Whenever Albert cooks food, he always uses the precision of his hands rather than just using a spell to make the food for him, but he eventually multiplies it using a spell.
One of the most peculiar things at home that he saw was whenever his father would alter his appearance, such as a simple reconstruction of his face, changing hair color, or eye color. He found it amazing, and he thought that maybe his father had undergone surgery. When Felix approached his father, much to his father’s excitement, he explained the history of his lineage to Felix. Albert explained Felix that he is a metamorphmagi who can change the appearance and has been doing it since he was young. Felix was exhilarated about the revelation and asked if he could do it too. His father admitted that even if it is a genetic ability, he could not tell if Felix has it too. This saddened Felix but eventually came to terms with it quite quickly.
Alyssa, Felix’s mother, taught him basic life skills such as cooking, cleaning, and organizing. At first, Felix was frustrated and argued why not use magic to do all of those things, but his mother left him with a message that there are times where magic will be equal to human skill. This was confusing to Felix because he always thought that magic was always superior to manual human skill, but when he tried to do things manually while his mother cast a spell to do the same thing, he noticed that he was on-par or sometimes, better compared to the spell casted and this made him value learning life skills even more.
He has a close relationship with her younger sibling, Tricia, whom he always adores. He would always play with her, help her, and teach her some of the things that their parents taught him. He would always find a way to make those lessons easy for Tricia to understand. There are times when the siblings would fight or argue, but Felix’s patience and understanding would always that one thing that would stop their arguments. He would always stand up for her sister, and vowed to always protect her and treat her his baby sister always.
The first time Felix encountered magic was when he wanted to get snacks from a glass cupboard. He wanted to eat the licorice so bad he tried to unlock the cupboard to no avail. Once he tried so many times and to no avail, he accidentally casted wandless magic that broke the glass. Unfortunately for him, the cupboard was enchanted with a hex. So, when he finally opened the cupboard, the hex protection magic backfired at him, hence creating a scar on his face, which is now his most distinctive feature. He was more anxious than scared because once he saw the scar on his face, he complained that the scar would never heal. All of a sudden, as if his emotions knew what Felix wanted, the scar would vanish for a few minutes and return back. This surprised Felix, not knowing what just happened, so he told his parents about what happened from the glass cupboard getting destroyed to his scar suddenly vanishing. When his father heard this, he was proud because he realized that his son have gotten his ability, as a metamorphmagi. He looked at the mirror again and realized that the scar is more of a discovery of his own special abilities and decided that he would not hide it. Also, it made him look more badass, as he stated.

- In order to apply for a special race such as Metamorphmagus, you need to write a 500 word (maximum of 2K word) application describing how this fits your character (as in describe how they exhibit this magical talent or race) and where it came from (example, your grandmother was a Vampire, you had a distant Seer ancestor, etc.). You mention that Felix's father is a Metamorphmagus, but it is part of your backstory. You can leave this in your backstory, but please make sure you also have a separate application that is not part of your backstory.
- Young Metamorphmagi can only perform minor bodily changes such as growing hair a few centimetres or modifying hair colour. As such, Felix would not be able to heal himself with this talent. Felix being able to heal himself is a realistic first instance of magic, but it would not stem from the Metamorphmagus talent. As Metamorphmagi get older, they get more skilled at using their talent; please be realistic as to what a child would be able to do with this skill. Also, Metamorphmagi tend to showcase their skill unconsciously as early as when they are babies, so it is highly unlikely that it would not show itself in Felix until later in childhood. - You do not need a Books section in this application.
- Your encyclopedia is lacking a Trunk. This is where you will put your Stats, abilities, spells, and potions. You need a Trunk in order to be indexed. You can read more about how to create a Trunk and the limits to its creation here.
- Your Encyclopedia states that Felix is 12 years old, but your member profile states that Felix's birthday is in March. It is not yet March, so Felix does not turn 12 for another month. Please change Felix's age to 11 or, if you have not yet role-played it anywhere, request to modify his birthday to earlier.
- Why does Felix live in Ireland if his family is English? Please provide a reason.
- Your blood status states that Felix is a half-blood, but you state that Felix's father is a pureblood and Felix's mother also has magic at her disposal. Half-blood means that one of Felix's parents is either a Muggle or a Muggle-born; please clarify how Felix can be called a half-blood.
- Before Hogwarts, Felix would have had a primary education. How was he educated? Read more about wizarding education prior to Hogwarts here.

- You do not need a Books section in this application as previously mentioned but it also does no harm.
- Your encyclopedia has a trunk but it is empty. please add stats.
- Do you want us to change your nationality on your character card? You would have been born in England being English. We either need you to explain this in your bio or we need to edit your profile card.
