Somehow, the international game always seemed to be the most intense. Perhaps that was because instead of taking the best of those that wanted to play the sport in a house, you had an entire school of top athletes to choose from. That only made sense - a larger pool, the bigger the sharks.
Still, it was a lot of work to put into one game but Miles would try his best to keep his stamina and his willpower up. He smiled when his bludger hit its mark, but it faded when he saw Stephen knocked off his broom and heading downward toward the ground. Damned gravity. He wished there was somethign he could do but luckily the magical medical ward would get him fixed up in no time. Miles had to turn his attention back to the game.

Kavi kept his eyes trained on the game, particularly watching one of the beaters on their team, Miles, and cheering him on. Usually playing beater himself, it was hard not to pay attention to, though a figure falling out of the sky also caught his eye- the team's Keeper.
"That means I'm in," he said, half to himself, and half to his Tenūsa team on the bench. Kavi stood up, taking his broom in hand and giving a smile to Sunday.
"Let's hope we don't need you too, then, yeah? But if you do, you got it. Just like we practiced." He gave her a knowing wink. "As for us," he said, looking to Jamie, "we'll be fine. Good luck bracelets and all." Kavi held his up, letting her get a glimpse before setting off for his post.

Reducio Broom Effects Stats: +2 accuracy, +2 evasion Effect: In the role of Keeper, if the Keeper effectively blocks an attempt to score rather than obtain possession of the quaffle they can kick the quaffle at the user who attempted to score. This must be declared at the time actions are submitted. This would have damage like a bludger using an accuracy roll to hit and the user's strength score to determine the amount of damage done. If the quaffle hits or misses the target, a quafflegrab the next round would be necessary to determine which team has possession of the quaffle again. |

Miryam would bounce her leg, things were heating up. She couldn’t remember the last time she was so invested in a game that wasn’t professional. She didn’t mind it, she was actually quite enjoying herself. The problem was she was restless. Her fingers twitched and the ground felt wrong beneath her feet. She did her best to keep her focus on the game though and talk down the other part of her mind that yes, she was okay on the sidelines.English | Française

It seemed like it was a hard and fast game, if the points and fouls that were going around were any judgement. Kaya herself seemed to be going from broom to broom which if he had a moment, he would likely find a little bit funny. Focusing on the action, he took a glance at Kaya and Amber to try to see if Kaya gave any indication she had caught sight of the snitch. But instead he saw someone getting a little too close to them for comfort. Heading in that direction, he abandoned any idea of grabbing a quaffle, and circled below Amber and Kaya. He was thankful he did, when Amber unfortunately was fouled and Kaya ended up in need of a save. He waited to ensure she had settled onto his broom before shouting out “Bit of a crazy match it seems.”

Somewhere down there she heard Briar's voice—that is, the voice of a seeker who was probably more accomplished and might, indeed, be doing a better job. Still with a flutter of her eyes, she tried to take in his cheers like some kind of auditory courage that might give her the strength to carry on and find the snitch. How awfully elusive that thing was.
And then, just as she was trying to find it, she spotted something different out of the corner of her eye: a bludger. And suddenly, she seemed to freeze, raising an arm in fear as the echo of its approach rang in her ear.
But it was Peter who fell from the sky; Peter who took the hit; and Peter who saved her. "Peter!" she shouted his name as she watched him fall from the sky. She hoped Kit would somewhere—her eyes flit looking for her—to pluck him from his fate. And at the last moment, it seemed like Peter had returned to the thinnest possible level of composure.
As her breath quickened, she looked out to see who was responsible. Her eyes narrowed at the older boy (Miles) before she flew off.
Things had changed: she had to find that snitch.

Peter gazed to the right as he kept one eye on Akerrah, just in case if a sneaky opponent even dared to use their bat to slam a bludger into Interschool's seeker. His other emerald eye was set on IT's beaters, observing which drection the beaters would wack their bludgers.
The green-eyed boy turned his gaze just a second towards the BCUK's goal, when just out of the corner of his eye, he saw a bludger zoom it's way towards Akerrah. He craned his neck and urged his broom to go as fast as he could. He zipped in front of Akerrah, and took the blow for the Beauxbâtons girl.
He felt the bludger slam right into his body, the force of the hit blooming instant and intense pain. Peter’s lips instantly twisted, crudely, into a painstakingly grimace. He felt his body tumble off his Nimbus, slipping through a sky, whose gravity pulled him down quick. He heard a shout, but blackness covered his vision, and he couldn't put a name to whoever gave the shout.
Then, someone saved him, catching him, and saving him from his plummeting fall to the ground. It was Katherine, and he gave her a grateful smile as the Beauxbâtons girl returned him to his broom. “Thank you, Kit! Thank you.”

Netherless carefree, he has a very strange aura. Calm. How calm you ask? He makes you feel very calm and relaxed, even though your full of loads of stress and worries. He could be a therapist or a nurse, how calm he can make a person, if he wanted to follow his muggle mother ’s sisters’ footsteps. Aunt Cherry is a pretty good therapist while Auntie Bee (Beatrice) is a scrub lovin’ nurse. But ever since his first instance of magic he's been wanting to be a wizard and go to Hogwarts with his best friends. But that doesn't happens. At all.
If you spoke to Peter, his cheerful and curious attitude and happy-go-lucky nature would make you more relaxed and full of delight when you leave Peter. When his sister Marietta would get angry which was highly likely, Peter would talk go her in a soothing, genius, and soft thoughtful voice, and all her anger would of melted away in 5 seconds making her feel calm and relaxed. She'll be remembering how she was so angry and now she was so calm she could take a nap! As with his parents. Anger melting away and encouragement sliding in, made any good person affected want to do the Sams thing theirselves. Encouragement was another part of his presence. Relaxation, calmness and encouragement, was his nature. Encouraging, relaxing, calming people is what Peter asked to do.
Once after Peter and his best friend Brookline had gotten their 1st form of magic, Winnie wanted hers. She had simply wanted to go to wizardry school and to do magic. Envious, Winnie asked Brookline if the brunette would teach her magic because simply Winnie wanted magic. After failing, Peter spoke to his other best friend, encouraging and relaxing the anxious girl just by speaking. Winnie tried again, calm this time. But it still wouldn't work! Winnie is a squib. But she was so calm thanks to Peter that she accepted that! Crazy, right?
But why he gets that presence? Why he can calm a person down with his aura? How can he encouraging someone by just speaking? He gets it from his two aunts but especially from his father. His father was a very calm man. Hogwarts made him calm himself. Himself!
In conclusion, Peter has a very strange aura and a even stranger personality and perspective. How that is, you'll just have to meet him.

But she was so calm thanks to Peter that she accepted that! Crazy, right?

A blue French bird was chirping, and the bright greens of leaves seemed to blind Peter. He shook his head and let it be. Marietta had already started her story.

Peter’s smirk faded as he glared at her. A bunch of fakery. “I’m older than you, Marietta Smith. Don’t get mouthy with me.” He turned around to the vase and picked the pieces of glass up, gingerly. He then said, “Now, if you’d let me finish... You’ve had your first instance of magic. So, good day.” As Peter padded away from his little sister staring at him in utter disbelief, he grinned when his sister couldn't see his face, and he just knew he had won.

The longer this game lasted, the clearer it became that Raphael's role was to ignore the Quaffle entirely and instead take out the biggest threat on the opponent team, one by one. The Beater, the Keeper... he frowned as he watched their other Beater hit a brutal Bludger towards Peter, which took the kid clean off his broom. Kit was already on her way to catch him, but Raph would rather not have to watch a repeat of this. Time to intervene. He looped around in a tight circle, and, timing his attack to take advantage of the ref's distraction, knocked another Ilvermorny player off his broom.
It seemed like the other team had foreseen this, though, and one of their other players swooped in to save Raph's victim. He clicked his tongue, disappointed, then realised with some surprise that their team was spread across only three brooms at this point. Interesting strategy, but wouldn't that just hurt their flexibility?

Zoya threw her head back in frustration. Did she regret colliding with the other player in an attempt to knock them from their broom? No, no she did not regret this at all. She wishes she could have done it without having to fly the perimeter If she was gonna continue to try and take out the other team, she was gonna need to make sure she wasn't caught from now on because she could only fly so many laps around the pitch before she wanted to rip her own hair out.
With a huff, the Russian girl gripped her broom just a little bit tighter as she took off to do her second lap around the pitch in this game. Luckily, they were not doing too bad at the moment so she was not too worried about them losing a player temporarily.
