He understands that NO use of spells that emit light of any kind, are to be used with the Dhampirs. Lucky struggles with learning. Her focus is not what it should be so in turn -- her studies occasionally go into decline. It's why she never joined the dueling club. How can she duel if she struggles to remember spells, moments, and pronunciations? Enter the S.W.A.G. club. A low-stakes way for her to practice spells. It would help boost her memorization which would help her grades as well as serve as a pseudo substitute for the dueling club. Plus, it never hurts to have a place to make friends.
