Yes, but you have had to mention that in your form. If you didn't I'm not sure you can now.

No you can’t. You would have had to apply with your original iNPC application.

That would be minimum, not maximum

@Mirada Johnson, for applications maximum word count is 2k words. For a post in rp with another user, maximum would be something that your rp partner will be comfortable with reading. For solos it doesn't really matter.

There is a technical maximum, but it is quite large. It is well beyond what someone would reasonably post as I have made 10K posts on this site. Also, the size would not be wc but rather a character limit.

There is something about ambition, how it not only propels you but also defines you.
