WDC, I dunno but it s basically a DC for spells.

DC is Difficulty Class, which is essentially a certain number that you need reach with your roll + stat in order for an action to succeed.
WDC is Wisdom Difficulty Class, which is just a DC for wisdom. So you need to roll a D20, add on your wisdom stat, and if its higher than the WDC, your action succeeds.
