While you cannot move them around as a student character, you can, however, change them as an adult by using up one of your yearly advancements. Your best bet is to add to them and create the build you want, though, as that is a ways away.

DC, I dunno what but you need to beat that to get a success in your action

Acc is a shortened version of the accuracy stat.

DC is Difficulty Class, which is essentially a certain number that you need reach with your roll + stat in order for an action to succeed.

WDC is Wisdom Difficulty Class, which is just a DC for wisdom. So you need to roll a D20, add on your wisdom stat, and if its higher than the WDC, your action succeeds.
