They can be rejected if you try to do something stupid like breaking site ratings or having a character that is intentionally inflammatory. It takes a really special kind of person to make a character like that!

Usually if there's any problems, they'll just ask you to explain or edit something. Like my iNPC has facial tattoos. I had to explain the cultural significance. Once that was done, no worries!

As for edits, if you applied, then didn't make any requested edits for a month, they can reject your application.

no, just if there has not been any edit in a month. Like if I posted mine today, if an admin says I need to change something today, then I will need to have it done by April 28th.

Just if your application needs changes and you dont change it, it can be rejected. But you are always free to re-apply for it.

All you have to do is make sure you do the changes that are needed.
