Sorry Prat and Lena made me watch another horror movie with them, and we ended up not finishing it. So I watched the new Descendants movie (I went through a serious Descendants phase in middle school) and then decided to watch the first one. I'm about to watch the second one rn, actually, now that I'm finally out of the shower

Well....

I thought it was okay. It definitely has a completely different vibe from the others. I didn't like how it had so many plot inaccuracies. Like, in the first movie, they establish a vague background of what happened before the VKs went to Auradon. But the new one completely changes that set-up.

I also don't like how they refer to the bullies as "VKs". Like, they're not VKs. VK stands for Villain Kids, or Villain's Kids. The bullies aren't the KIDS of the Villains, they ARE the Villains, yk what I mean? Idk that was just something that bugged me.

Also also, I didn't like how cheap it looked? I know people have been saying it online and stuff and I honestly thought I'd be able to ignore it, but THE WONDERLAND GUARD'S WIG?!?!?! Absolute monstrosity. Now, I'm not saying the other movies are any better. I was cringing so hard at the CGI of the first movie. But their wigs and outfits look sooooo much better than the new movie.

One thing I did really like, was some of the music! I didn't like all of the music, but I did LOVE some of it. Ella and Charming singing "So This is Love" was so melodic and I loved every bit of it. And the song young Ella sings with Chloe, "Hands Dirty" (Or whatever it's called), I really loved that one.
