Creating sub-account for iNPC will be the same process as creating new account. However, you can create it only after iNPC team approved your iNPC registration application. If you proceed to create sub-account earlier, it will not be validated before iNPC application was approved. Furthermore, if you are trying to create sub-account before even posting your iNPC application, you risk to be viewed as multiplayer which is not allowed on our site.

Just adding a note that iNPCs don’t have to be the same year as your PC they can also be younger. (Althea Valeden for example is a fourth year and her iNPC is a firstie. )

How do iNPC's get money if they can't access the common room? Or do they not get any?

They don't get daily scholarship. So the only way would be to send from your PC. Sometimes there might be errands that offer money as price where iNPC can participate as well.

Does someone know when the winter/Christmas holidays start for the characters? Also, when it starts, can I still post in ongoing RPs, or can I not post inside Hogwarts at all?

Here are all the dates when the students go/ can go home :]
Since your character cannot be at two places at once, you either rp the holidays period at home/ somewhere else or at Hogwarts. If you meant pre-dated rps, you can of course still continue them!
