Hi Julia! yes, I think so, but you must clear it with the admins first to make sure it is your sister who owns the second account, for transparency, but if these are followed, I don't see why not? And yes, I believe you both will be allowed to roleplay like that

Sophie is correct in both points. Your best bet to ensure a smooth entry to the site for your sister is to send an owl to a member of staff stating she will be joining and her account name. Then your sister should also put in her biography how she knows you.

Keep in mind that admin have tools to verify people’s claims. We have had more than a few people claim that their siblings were joining only for this not to be true.

You can edit and update your ency to {pretty much} your hearts content aesthetic-wise. You shouldn't make major changes to your backstory or FIOM, but other than that it's okay. Banners and images are fine though!

It appears to be an anchor code. I've never been great at anchors, but it anchors/links to certain points within that page/post. So..
