I don't think so, if you go into the iNPC forum, you'll see the various threads that may be relevant, such as the rules, animagus and patronus application threads, as well as transfer requests if you want to transfer between schools.

While facets of abilities may be derived from experiences or things like genetics, that does not mean that you have grown into them yet. Lovely creature is actually a great example of that. Some may claim they got a good skin care regime and their acne cleared up making them hot or they discovered make-up, but there are some with blessed genetics. But even someone with the most blessed genetics is going to grow into their features. So if you got lovely creature Y3, you would not be referencing this effect Y2 in a backdated thread. This does not mean that you are ugly, you're just not "lovely-creature pretty."

You can host one but IC parents and guardians cant join. The only adults allowed on property are hogwarts staff. You can host it to the public (students and faculty) tho.

I’ve been meaning to ask for awhile, but are other houses allowed to eat in the Great Hall with other houses? For example: Av is a Gryffindor and wants to eat with her Ravenclaw boyfriend at the Ravenclaw table. Is that allowed?

Yes, characters may eat at other house tables.

Hello, I want to ask a question. I'm planning to organize an event for my club, and I want to give everyone who participates a banner stating that they competed in this competition. It's not official, but can I still do it? Since it's an internal topic, can those who participate in this competition mention it in their other rps?

Hello!

You can host club competitions, yes. If it is in character (so people roleplay taking part and the posts meet our rules, I.e. word count rule) then it can be mentioned IC as it happened to them. If it is an OOC competition or club (out of character) then it wouldn't be mentioned in other rps.

Preptober will not be happening as it would have already started by now. However, I will double check about NaNoWriMo. In all honesty, it is unlikely to happen in the same regard because of the recent changes. Our Librarian just changed roles to Head of House and we do not have a new Librarian yet to run it. It would be unfair to expect the new staff member to instantly organise a large scale event so it, most likely, won't be happening in the same regard but maybe we can do something smaller. I will check and confirm.
