Hi Valentin, you can deactivate your iNPC separately from your PC once. This means you could deactivate your current iNPC and create a new one, however this would be a one-time thing.

However I checked your iNPC (Rayne Crown) and they were registered on June 16th, 2025. This means they would not be eligible for deactivation until December 16th, 2025. For instructions on how to deactivate Rayne at that time, check you this announcement: iNPC Sub-Account Deactivation
