I have a question, so I am a second year, and my stats can total up to 40, but I still have 35, do I have to ask permission to change them or can I just do it by myself? If I do have to ask, then where?

You need to post in Encyclopedia update form with the form you can find in first post there, as you won't be able to edit trunk post by yourself.

Hii, I reviewed the character creation assistance thread but I'm not sure if I fully understood the conditions for a half-blood. I wanted to ask if half-bloods could have a muggle-born grandparent? Specifically, could one parent be a half-blood and the other a pureblood or can they only have a muggle grandparent?

It largely depends on their upbringing, imo! Here is our lore on blood status, but let me try to sum it up:

- You could be either half-blood or wizard-born with that sort of upbringing.
- If they've only been raised with knowledge of the wizarding world despite their Muggle grandparent, it would be more prudent to put them as a wizard-born; if they have been raised with knowledge of or access to both worlds, they could be a half-blood.

Ayo Edith!

Here on Hio, Prefects are both an in character and out of character staff role. If you'd like to apply to become a Prefect, really all you need to do is wait for a fellow Ravenclaw Prefect to step down from that role, and then apply for it! All years are welcome to apply for Prefect!
