It's not a moderated event, so you are free to let the spells work or fail as the narrative requires. You're free to do rolls if you want.
Emiline is underage and still affected by laws on underage magic. Especially in muggle areas! The Ministry will discover that she's using magic via the Trace. If she's in a wizarding location or has magical family around, the Ministry won't be able to distinguish who did what and will assume that adult wizards are supervising.
Also, you can't use a dNPC to gain some kind of advantage for your character. Even though there are likely adults present. I'd suggest engaging in "creative description" of the situation.
Focus on Emiline's actions; don't mention any adults casting specific spells that you don't have in inventory.
Keep your mind in hell; and don't despair.
