Can iNPC's get the Wandmaker ability, and if so, where would the wand be displayed?

iNPCs can get Wandmaker, the wand information would be put in your trunk if I'm not mistaken, that was how I did it with Vladislav

Quick question about the rebound ability, i've noticed everyone who has it is a beater, so is rebound a beater-exclusive skill? if not, how would players in other positions "hit back" the bludger without having a beater's bat?

It usually does not make sense for those that are not beaters to take this ability. Beaters are able to jump in the way of attacks (causing the bludger to retarget. The effect only goes off when the bludger misses so you really need to have a good evasion stat as well. If you have a skill that could cause the opposition damage, unless you are a seeker it is likely they will target someone else.

As for how you would hit the bludger back in another role? I suggest your broom's erm tail. You sort of do a partial spin and hit with the shaft of the broom (sounds kinda cool).

My cat jumped across my laptop and one of my spells got sold from inventory/trunk

I've already gone through to see which one and it was the Red sparks charm. This also put my purse into the negatives.
